Absolutely fo not stay here. They broke into our room while we were gone and called it maintenance! Had to find a couch fir my family to sleep on since we just threw $300 down the drain

Empress Palace is a good place for short term stay. Having a peaceful and friendly environment the hotel is safe and client friendly. The staff is flexible in its rules. Kitchen is great. I recommend the place for a good stay.

These guys are running a Scam here at hotel don't you fall for this, you book room for different rate online and when you try to check in they gonna ask for way more money or no room for you, Front desk has zero customer service skills, she was rude and and asking for more money. I think better go off with some brand hotel atleast they honor their. Pricing not trying to steal people hard earnedmoney by scamming them.

Hello folks!I had the pleasure of staying 14 nights at the Empress and my conclusion is that the price-performance ratio is very acceptable.The fresh air, the garden with a smoking area, basketball playground, you have a window in the room that you can also open completely, and not like in an aquarium where the oxygen is inhaled via the dirty ventilation system.A fully functional kitchen with 2 giant fridges.The roommates are all very nice and the lady of the house is very nice and helpful.My single stay at the Empress Palace was excellent!

The service was really good, the lady was extremely nice after she finally answered our phone. The room was a decent size. I loved the fact that all washrooms had a bidet. The only thing I would recommend is that house cleaning does a better job in washing sheets and towels. It was a quiet place, but a bit expensive for 2 people.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!I booked it three months in advance through hotels dot com, it said the booking is non-prepaid and free cancellation one day before check-in date. But my card was charged full amount two days after the booking, this made me feel very uncomfortable and cancelled the booking. After one month I still didn't receive the refund. Called hotels dot com who said they already issued the refund but the hotel put it on hold. Called the hotel and they said it's not refundable and they made a mistake with hotels dot com - Excuse me?! THEY PENALIZE THEIR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE BETWEEN THEM AND THEIR BOOKING AGENT?! Contacted hotels dot com who helped to negotiate with them again, still no refund, and hotels dot com said they could do nothing because it was charged by the hotel and should have been refunded by the hotel. Now it's one month before my booked stay and I already cancelled it two months ago, I still don't get anything back.THEY CHARGED ME $325 FOR NOTHING AND NEVER HONOR THEIR OWN WRITTEN TERMS TO THE CUSTOMER. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. This place made me and my friends insanely uncomfortable as soon as we pulled in. The rooms are not like the pictures and they were extremely dirty. The lady running the place was extremely rude and sketchy and the man was really creepy and starring so much. We weren’t able to see the rooms until we had already paid and once we saw them we knew we needed to leave. When we pointed out that the rooms look nothing like the pictures she got became angry and hostile saying the looked exactly the same, she then absolutely refused any kind of refund. The bathrooms had multiple locks from the outside, and the whole place was overall unsettling. While waiting in the car on the phone with the place we booked through trying to find a solution, we saw the same couple of cars speeding coming into the culdesac to picking up random girls coming out of the hotel leaving and then coming back, even blocking us in multiple times. My friends and I were extremely upset about the whole situation and the lost money, but overall we were absolutely terrified and scared for our safety. Please do not book here if you want to keep your money and your sanity. This whole fiasco has been the worst start to my vacation, be warned don’t let it ruin yours.
