I went to find a couch with my son as I include him in home decisions. I was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone the entire time I was in the store. I saw plenty of other people come in after me getting acknowledged and helped but not me. We even sat on a couch we wanted to a long time wondering if an employee would ever talk to us or offer help. After being in the store for a very long time without help, we left. Lost out on a sale from me today thats for sure. Guess a women and child don't buy furniture or something.Also after reading other reviews please don't tell me to call the store and speak to the manager that isn't helpful.

I had the worst experience with Leon’s. At their Coquitlam store at United blvd. Not once but twice as their regional manager Harp Paul, asked me to give them a second chance to proved that they are a good company. Well, that is not and it never will be the case.They have a great sales process. They sale like nobody does. Courteous, professional. But, when it comes to true customer service they are the worse.They are very good at taking your money and very GOOD at saying: this is our policy and there is nothing we can do.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY STORE AT LEONS GROUP.Believe me when I tell you. Last year, I bought furniture and it came to my house in broken pieces (picture attached) and all they say was. We will take it back and we’ll give you your money back. No calls from the store manager or anything saying. We are so embarrassed for what happen, here what we are going to do.Then, after complaining to headquarters I get a call from their “Regional manager” Harp Paul. He try to handle the situation but again. This is our policy and please gives a second chance and go to our Langley store and we’ll make it right.I did, and I went and bought a mattress. What a big mistake. It wasn’t what I asked and their manager at their Langley store, Jeff. Keep the mattress 21 days so we can exchange it for you. But you have to wait.Really??? I asked to talk to Harp Paul. And he said, we will manage it at the store level.WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. GO ONLINE AND BUY WHAT YOU NEED. You’ll get full refund no questions asked, no “ this is our policy” just good customer service, real customer service. No this low level bureaucracy, corporate bad service.I really would like to know what Michael J. Walsh have to say about this. I amPretty sure he knows nothing about what is really going on in his company and this level.

Stay away from this store. Promises they make during sales aren’t honored once you part with your cash.I bought a leather recliner from them. The agreement was that they would deliver it in our room in good condition. The couch was damaged during delivery. We have been calling them for almost 3 months and all they did is have a repair company “paint” over the torn leather. The damages are clearly visible under the paint that looks like a kid worked on it. We paid full price for a new sofa, but might as well have paid for a damaged piece. The store refuses to help us. Never heading to Leon’s again.

So my loveseat took 5 months to arrive… the delivery guys dropped it on their way in and were going to leave without assembling it even though I paid $100 bucks for delivery and assembly is included. They then started asking if I paid for it and how much. I have no idea why they were asking me that but it made me quite uncomfortable. They didn’t even put it where I asked them and had to redo it all myself. Quite a disappointing experience considering I paid $1400+ for the product and service.

Purchased a Mattress and Boxspring from Rob B at Langley store . The buying experience went well received merchandise 1 week later. Boxspring was soiled from condensation in bag but we were able to dry with a hair dryer. The mattress had an ink stain . See photos

Went in today after browsing a few furniture stores and was happy with the selection. The staff left you to look without hassling you, but answered all my questions when I was ready. Bought a love seat and will be back again soon as the selection and prices were great! Can't wait for the love seat to be delivered when its ready

While I have yet to receive my order, Rob listened to my needs and was helpful in finding what I was looking for. There was no attempt to upsell or pressure me into making a decision. In case my experience changes after delivery I'll update this review. Thank you Rob!

In store everything goes well. Delivery is a disaster and they don't care about the furniture!! Had one delivery replaced and second time was marginally better. Not sure how a company can put up with delivery team destroying the furniture at time of receipt by customer. I finally just repaired myself as too much work and effort to keep complaining.

Raz a super friendly associate greeted us tonight and treated us with professionalism without being a “sales person”. Maybe he’s a good sales person. Lol but my daughter needed a bed and he painstakingly showed her what felt like 100 options. She settled and is super happy with her choice.Anyways I never felt pressured or obligated to purchase anything. He was so kind and we even shared a few jokes at the expense of my husband. Huge sale prices were a bonus! Highly recommended Leon’s
