1. Line is constantly almost out the door in the morning (with wait times ranging in the tens of minutes) because the staff prioritize the drive thru over walk-ins.2. Only ever one cash open and the cashier will literally walk off to help with the drive thru who has a fully staffed team further increasing walk in wait time despite the fact that their are two self serve kiosks that have never been turned on and a second cash which to my knowledge is not manned in the mornings and i come almost every day.2. Quite a few order mistakes on very simple things most recently a blt with extra bacon and extra mayo with little to no mayo and only 4 strips of bacon and a starberry chill that i had ordered that came with no whipped topper..they just forgot and when i told them it comes with whipped top they then pulled it out of the fridge and squeezed some into my cup

Extremely rude customer service.Aman was the person, taking the order,While ordering we asked for various items that the store didn’t carry. We laughed amongst ourselves as the store didn’t carry anything we wanted. Aman assumed we were laughing at her and became extremely rude.Avoid going to this location. If you want a pleasant trip to timmies there is one across the street.

The Indian worker (not sure if she’s the manager) was publicly berating the white male employee the whole time in front of all the customers waiting. It’s honestly embarrassing watching this as a customer and I feel so bad for the poor worker. He looked so sad working and she wouldn’t stop arguing with him saying “excuses, excuses, excuses”. Please get rid of her, she made the other female employee there super uncomfortable as well but she still maintained a very positive and kind service.

Without a doubt the worst run Tim Hortons in Kingston. They don't show walk on customers any priority, food isnt available 50%of the time and they have like 7 ppl working the drive thru while a lineup full of ppl in store wait and get pushed down the food order for drive thru orders. For the amount of ppl I see in the actual restaurant, it's super unacceptable to see the place run in such a manner

The manager here was absolutely amazing. She treats her workers so well! Even though there was a line of 7 I only had to wait 1 minute to order and get my drink. The manager and her staff are very efficient and so very polite and I got a smiley on my cup and a warning about how hot my tea is:) I completely recommend coming here for your daily caffeine needs and I hope the manager (older lady 45-50) gets a raise

Went in drivethru and they were more focused on their times and how fast they got people through than the customer and the food. Got yelled at 3 times in a matter of 5 seconds while I was dealing with my son screaming at me in the backseat at the speaker.

Had two meals……….. took 15 mins and still waiting for it. Holding up the line. Cars honking behind, arms were raised in the air. Not the kind of situation I wanted to be in. Getting awkward now….. and had time to write this review….. horrible service..
