I went to Purr to buy a toque which I think looks amazing. The selection looked really good when I was looking around and definitely want to go back just for that. Although I'm only giving 4 stars since I wasn't really asked if I needed help. And didn't really feel welcome. But since I've only been there once maybe it was only the day.

Had a terrible experience dealing with management at this location. She was rude and condescending, interrupting me and rolling her eyes at me, talking about how she needs to make money even though I got a defective product that I am unable to wear.She also said if I shared my negative experience publicly she would just reply and tell everyone I was lying so I won’t go into specifics. Will not be spending any more of my money at an organization that so blatantly cares more about profit than providing quality products/decent customer experience.

I was gifted a crew neck sweater purchased from this store. I was super excited about it until I noticed some defective stitching and a hole on the sleeve; it was basically falling apart. I was able to exchange it without any questions, or issues. :)

Walked in thinking my boyfriend would find some things here and ended up buying stuff for myself! Great selection of clothes and accessories. I got a gorgeous green jacket, sunglasses and an orange and black bralette that’s I’m super excited about! They also carry this really nice natural deoderant that I like. Will definitely be back and highly recommend checking this place out!

Cute boutique store with really unique pieces. Check it out if you want something that you won’t recognize on anyone else.There’s a fair bit of selection and typically decent sizes, so give yourself a minute or two to scan the selection - including cards, natural candles and deodorants, scared and outerwear accessories.

Katerina went above and beyond to help style me! She fully understood the assignment and offered some great advice for how to style up and down. This was my first time there and she secured my loyalty! Will be bringing some of my besties on my next visit as we have some holiday parties I know Katerina will pull the looks together perfectly.Thanks for the awesome experience !!

Terrible exchange policy. My friend bought me a sweater to try on. I didn’t really like the style so I went to exchange it for a different one but they wouldn’t allow. Store rep never made it clear it to my friend that it was final sale at check out. The sweater could go right back on the rack. Terrible management from Kari/Carrie. Unfriendly staff.

really cute clothes but the quality of the stitching was poorly done. I had purchased 5 dresses and 4/5 tore and the stitching came easily undone on all of them within 1 days wear. I basically had to hand stitch them all back together. Although the girls were nice, they charged me $35 more than what the tag was marked.

Great colorful selections to choose from. Friendly staff and were helpful and courteous as well. Very clean and spacious inside with a little bit of everything clothing wise. A bit pricey for some things I found but nonetheless still worth a visit and try a few things on. Ample parking also
