Don’t do it. A myriad of issues - first frame selection I put on hold as I made my choices before my checkup. Brought my prescription over the day after my appointment and the frames were gone, the ones I liked had been put back, lost, sold, nobody knew so I had to choose again. Buy one get one not really as it sounds, that is fine but beware. Made new selection. The were ready for pickup quickly that was great -but a real struggle with fit and every time I came in to get them adjusted I saw a different optician in the store and they completely readjusted them to their own way, refuting what the prior optician said. I have consistently struggled with the fit on both pairs, one pair I just won’t wear because they won’t stay on my nose and the other pair is actually painful behind my ears but they’ve been adjusted so much the legs are loose. The gold decorative trim fell off one pair and they were repaired once in the store, the second time it happened I asked for a replacement (found out I had been sold the display frames) when those were replaced the exact same gold decoration fell off again. Now I don’t even want these frames at all. I am very sure prescription from the on site optometrist isn’t right - have been told I’ll need to pay a fee to have my prescription checked. Thinking about throwing in the towel on 1300.00 of lenses and frames and starting over at a new place because a) glasses are missing decorative piece b) don’t fit/not comfortable c) can’t see, I’m wearing readers over my prescription in order to see my devices.

Factory Optical in Stonebridge is amazing. Speirious adjusted 2 pairs of glasses for me at no charge . She was polite, friendly, professional and efficient!! Thank you for your service and help .

Had an amazing experience! I took my glasses in because I had lost one of the screws of my frame and my lens was falling out and they were able to put a new screw in and not only that they also replaced my nose pieces and cleaned them up for me! Was only in for maybe 10min, thank you for the amazing service!

Best customer service I’ve ever had at an optometrist, all friendly and welcoming. The staff are patient with you choosing which style of frames and suggest the perfect pair that compliment one’s features. Great prices and I only wish I could rate this place 6 stars!

i went to factory optical for a pair of new lenses. A nice young lady Speirious was a great help. She helped me the whole time i was there and was amazing! She was so helpful, insightful and made the experience a 10/10!

Lost a screw in my frames last night, called this morning & got them repaired within minutes after arrival. Staff was super friendly & didn’t even charge me for the repair! Super sweet & definitely will be coming back!

Went into Factory Optical in Stonebridge just after lunch looking to purchase some glasses. There was three people at the front desk, one of them barely acknowledged I walked through the front door. There was not a single customer (besides myself) in the store. I went through the entire women’s section and tried on approximately 10 pairs of glasses. Not a single staff came over and asked if I needed help. I walked out of there without anyone saying bye. This is the second time I’ve experienced this and will absolutely not be back. I’ve been buying my glasses from Factory Optical for 10+ years so that is a shame.

I was in Factory Optical for the first time and was very impressed. Very friendly and informative staff. I was promptly greeted by a very welcoming young lady named Aliya. I have always had issues with glasses hitting my cheeks and because I can never find a stylish looking pair that fits properly, I have stayed with wearing my contacts mainly. She showed me a number of different styles and explained how they can be adjusted to avoid them sitting on my cheeks. Beautiful style options and also very reasonably priced. The gentleman from the back(I think his name was Stacy??? ) also came out and explained the issues I have been having with my current multifocal contacts and my options for glasses and contacts. The entire time I was there, it never felt like i was being sold a typical sales pitch. They took the time to explain the reasons I have the issues I have and gave me the best options. I appreciated being educated rather than high pressure sales. I have been getting my eye care from the same place for almost 10 years and the service has really been lacking the last couple years. I will definitely be ordering my glasses/contacts through Factory Optical.
