Reception is the worse I've ever come across. The girls at the front desk are eager to help, which I appreciate but they don't communicate amongst themselves which puts a huge dent in the dr's reputation. They tend to forget" that you've checked in

Very very very rude front desk .I call her to ask my next appointment and she was like did you get the appointment date when u were here ? I said maybe she said if we tell you something there should be a reason for it so don't you know you have an appointment .I was like I need to confirm appointment date and time .it seems like she has no manners to talk with patients .

My daughter did a volunteer work in her office last summer and had a wonderful experience and realized how kind and brilliant dr. Park( now her last name is Song since she got married )Way to go Dr. Grace Song!!!!

Absolutly terrible receptionist. Completely and utterly rude. They are always running behind and hard so hardened. So rude to people they don't understand.

Very rude reception. I called to ask a quick question but receptionist who has some accents and sounds mid-aged was so impatient and annoyed to help. She is making patients very uncomfortable. shouldn’t have treated people like that.

Never runs on time. Always rushed. Proceeded to discuss my natural birth dispite me having a scheduled csection on our final appt. Because she was reading the wrong chart. Nice person but needs to slow down and focus on her patients.
