I cannot recommend this shop. The computer I bought to replace one that I was told was beyond repair was supposed to be a better one than the original I had left with them, but it performs terribly and I absolutely hate it. I've decide to keep it for desperate backup use and will find a better place to buy a proper computer. Judging by my experience, I really think PC Paramedic has very questionable business practices.I wish I had looked here to see just how many complaints and bad reviews there are against the company before making the mistake of going to them.

GREAT people-!! Knowledgeable and very fair with their pricing.They've done right for my entire family for well over a decade.I run a business where customer service is paramount and I am very pleased with Rob and Tammy and Doc (and all the other guys too-!!!) Their customer service is outstanding.

Prices are much higher than the local competition. The woman working the front is generally unfriendly. There's a 20% restocking fee on accessories (that are already opened before you buy them!) if you need to return them - the other stores near by don't do that. They did have an item I wanted and didn't want to order, which is why they got 2 stars instead of 1. It was horribly overpriced, but I didn't feel like waiting to order it. Why shop here? Only if you have to and no one else in the area has what you are looking for. I'd recommend making them your last choice.

Truly awful - I was charged $600 by a tech who was a week late in fixing my MacBook ProThey put used parts in it from another dead Mac and it came back all swollen with the trackpad and keyboard barely working. The battery wasn’t installed correctly either.Do not use their services!

Took my laptop in with no idea what was wrong with it, lady basically told me it was a motherboard issue, and i should probably buy a new laptop, bare in mind this was without her even looking at it...took it to Benchmark computers, they fixed it with the diagnosis of a loose wire!The lady behind the desk was so rude it was unbelievable! Terrible service and poor attitude, would not recommend at all!

The owner Berated me for for how I was parked when his parking lot is under construction.Have had nothing but a bad attitude from the owner the last few times I was in his shop before that tooI just drove away, not going back.

I have to agree with the previous review regarding the 'attitude' issue. It was not a positive experience. I would recommend them for their repairs but the sales woman is extremely difficult and insulting. Its a shame because I had previously thought all the other owners were very accommodating, patient and informative. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
