Have been sitting here for 5 hours, was told they would be here 2 hours ago, why do we pay for this service ?, somebody please remind me.Answer to the reply below..Um that was close to 30 hours ago, it's almost insulting that you would ask how to escalate the service, and what can you do? Maybe tell your customers before you fleece us , that you really don't have enough trucks..I'd much rather pay a private tow truck that will come whe they say than to be continually lied to by the BCAA operators.

I paid for my BCAA membership and they took my money, then stated that it expired… I also renewed my home insurance and they sent my paperwork to sign and they got the address wrong, I don’t have an hour to talk to their service advisors.. so I attempted to email them with the correct address, this has gone on for probably 10 times, it’s getting very frustrating, im betting that they are going to charge me but if I had a claim right now they would deny it because I haven’t signed it… I’m sure they are great for competitive prices but the service is horrible.

I paid for a year...but have no card! Wait 2 hours for call back...then I answer phone call and am cut off. So I drive to the Abbotsford office to be told the cards are backlogged and will take more time to come. I drive to Shell gas and go in. The boss there checks only to say my # isn't activated? I want my money back....for lack of service. Good grief what if my car broke down and my membership is not activated. So I'll wait how long to get a call back,? Very bad service! No service. But they're quick to take your money with no refund.
