I would highly recommend Knockout Pest Control as Ryan 100% effectively treated a serious ant infestation at my place and also gave me advice how to prevent them coming back.Ryan was able to diagnose the type of ants by asking questions and for pictures of the ants beside a coin to gauge their size.Once diagnosed, Ryan explained to me:1) How he would treat my house2) How to prepare the house so he can efficiently treat it3) Precautions for our safety4) How to prevent the ants coming backOne visit and the ant infestation solved.

Knockout has been our go-to for pest control for several years now. We initially met Ryan when we had rats scaling a tree and getting into the soffit some years ago. In addition to installing a one way door so rats that were in could get out, Ryan advised us how to prevent that issue in the future. Back again for another soffit problem - this time European starlings nesting in the eaves upstairs. We also had a rat incursion under the foundation, which was blocked off.Ryan and his team will take the time to understand your current frustrations and help identify root causes so you can avoid the same pest problem in the future.

I highly recommend Knockout Pest Control if you have a rodent issue. I called them and Ryan came out to a property I was taking care of and did an inspection and gave me a recommendation on what we should do. He got the problem under control in no time. I would definitely recommend Ryan and the Knockout Pest Control Team. We had ant issues at our old Townhouse complex, and Ryan’s speedy, and well-priced service cleared up the issue.When we moved into a single family home, I contacted Ryan again for a similar treatment. He was professional and communicative through the whole process. He took his time to inspect the exterior of the home and pointed out a few other preventative measures we could take to avoid future pest issues.I would absolutely use this business again.J

I called Knockout Pest Control and left a message for a wasp infestation in our old wooden house.My call was promptly returned and Ryan was able to come out within a reasonable time.Ryan was able to take care of the wasps and explained to us that there would still be a few wasps around for a few days but they would soon all would be gone. He reassured us that if there was still a problem in a few weeks he would come back for free.As it turned out we had no need to call him back as all the wasps were gone.Ryan was professional and personable and we would use him again if need arises.
