Nice shop. Offered expertise advice of specialty food for my super picky furry cats. I have recommended Bodega to my sister from out of town. Hope she can get some delucious treats for her lovely dog Tofu.

It's not a big store but it's full with all the essentials you need for your dog /cat. The owners are knowledgeable about the brands they carry and the minute differences that could save you some money to spend on more treats for your dog. The promotions are quite good as well.

Brand new local pet grocer in Richmond, BC.Super clean, modern, organized, professional, and pet-friendly business for cats and dogs. The store has four (4) visibly designated parking spots which is great considering the parking lot can be a little chaotic with other businesses in the plaza.In front of the store, they have a natural setup for pets to do their bathroom business. I found this detail very thoughtful and responsible of the owners.The owners, Si and Louisa, are humbly kind, confident, and knowledgeable of the products they believe in when showing me around; genuine intention and efforts to inform optimal health, quality, and care options for your pets. Plus whenever possible, they try to bring in quality pet products that are Canadian, local, and organically made.I love their uniforms. Very cool, hip, and professional. It naturally shows they wear it with pride. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Highly recommended to stop by this store. The girls helped me to look and find the product that I needed, even when they didn't have it in their store. My dog's go-to spot for all his food and supplies. Siya and Louisa does an amazing job on stocking brands you don't normally see at your usual Tisol, Bosley or PetSmart. They source in brands that leans in towards natural products and are healthy for your pets. Both Siya and Louisa are very knowledgeable and are both amazing to talk to. Also forgot to mention, their Branch manager, Lex, is very welcoming.

My experience at this pet store was exceptional. Their passion for animals, coupled with their extensive knowledge and helpfulness, was both welcoming and informative. They took the time to talk to me about my dogs health issues and provided recommendations based on my specific needs. I highly recommend this pet store to any pet owner who values excellent service, top-quality products, and a team that genuinely cares.

The owners here are nice and thoughtful. I have a cat and this is where I buy my extra da bird toys that he loves to destroy. You can find some unique and quality items like cat toys and cat trees.There's also a loyalty system where if you buy a certain amount of cat food, you can earn a free bag.

Seriously amazing vibes in here, I've never seen Prince get as excited to see anyone as he was to see the people in here. Never seen a pet store with such exclusively high quality selections either. Definately would like to come back when it's time for new treats.
