When you call or visit the branch, you are greeted in a friendly manner. I've had a bit of an issue with getting someone to come to see a problem I'm having. I've been waiting for months for them to fix 2 sticky locks on new windows. One lock sticks so much that I'm not able to open the window and the other window will open force. My contractor has taken numerous photos, as per Kaykan's request, and they still haven't fixed the problem.EDITThe tech came today and was awesome. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem and fixed it. Very knowledgeable and professional tech.

Just finished a new custom home build and Kaycan was such a pleasure to deal with. We purchased all of our windows, doors and siding from them and couldn't be happier. Cindy was so helpful and provided excellent customer service...would highly recommend!!
