TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

After having to deal with 2 other TD branches and a 45 minue phone call for sorting out the history on my line of credit, I was sent to the 1022 Austin Avenue in Coquitlam to go over some of the history of the transactions ect. Dealing with Maha Ramadhan definetly made my day as she was caring and took the time in sorting out my probelm. This branch went over and beyond for me and has helped in gaining back my trust and maintaining my banking with TD. Thank you Maha for your help!Amirali - TD customer for 10+ years

There must have been a recent change in staff as I totally disagree with several of the recent comments. Personnel at this branch go out of their way to be helpful, I have never waited in along line. Parking can be a little tight, but heh, don't bring your giant SUV or truck and you'll be fine.

The staff are great I really like them but this branch needs to hire 5 more staff, seriously they have 30 minute line ups, 1 or 2 teller's working and 3 other upper management standing around seeing all the people and do nothing to help the tellers out..just my opinion but time to switch up management because this branch is by far the worst I've ever been to in my life!!!!! and it's not the employees fault, that you can see very clearly.

You only receive good service if you have lots of money in your account! The tellers don't even listen to a word of what your saying and the wait to withdraw is horrible!Worst customer service ever and hours of operation for the rich !

I would give this branch 0 stars if I could. I signed up for a credit card from TD Bank and it was sent to this branch. It sat in the branch for nearly 4 weeks, without them contacting me to pick it up. I had to call their credit card department to find out that it was sent to this particular branch, and when I got there, the envelope was already OPENED. Why would they open this? The card number could easily have been compromised.The CC department noted that the branch should have contacted me immediately when they received the card - other TD branches I have dealt with have followed this practice, but the Austin branch denied this was a process... Terrible customer service.

If you want to be discriminated against come here! I came to deposit a bunch of cash but because they wanted to power trip and treat me like a diseased human and stick me in a corner away from their other customers, I left without doing my banking. I am appalled at the treatment! What has our world come to!? I will never step foot in this location again. Not even sure I want to continue with TD Bank if they are going to be this totalitarian. It’s going on 3 years guys….don’t forget to stay safe everyone!

Definitely worst TD branch! I moved to Coquitlam recently and they’re the closest TD. I made credit card appointment to change my credit from secured to unsecured because of change of status. They book appointment and then don’t show up and book another. Then they also don’t up. Then they don’t answer call. I really needed money urgently and they’re treating it like a game. I will make sure I close my account with this bank. Worst staff they got. Someone booked me with Joseph twice and he didn’t show up. Nav was then supposed to assist me but he never did because he was busy. Is this formal way of doing job? Literally worst branch.

I visited the td bank in Coquitlam Austin to withdraw money ahead of my trip to the United States. I said I wanted $2,000, and it was already withdrawn from my account and kept me waiting for a long time. I told the staff that I would go to another bank if your branch didn't have US dollar. Only then they were bring the money, saying that everything was ready. The employee tried to put US money in the envelope without setting the amount. Just in case, I said I wanted to double check, so I set up the money at that time, but there was only 1,000 dollars. If I hadn't checked the money, I would have only brought $1000. The most upsetting part was that no one said sorry. I almost lost $1000 US. Everyone wants to double-check unconditionally.

This was the first time when asking for rolls of nickels, dimes, loonies and goodies where the young girl gave me literally singles of each coin. Instead of 3 rolls of toonies, I got 3 toonies, and 3 loonies instead of 3 rolls of loonies. I got my 5 dollar bills, no problem. I was way too busy to realize she made a mistake until I went to my shop looking in purse for the rolls and freaked out thinking she forgot to give me my rolls for the cash register float. I found the receipt and figured it out. Terrible mistake to make for business owners who are extremely busy to even make bank trips.
