Went to this station to fill up. Pre-paid at the pump as usual, removed the handle as instructed as usual then TRIED to press the fuel grade. All 3 were blinking. Pressed the 93 grade. It wouldn't engage. Pressed it repeatedly for a few minutes and looked for a call button to talk to the attendant. There isn't one just an emergency stop. The transaction timed out on its own and then canceled. I went in to the station to tell the attendant what happened. I was IMMEDIATELY met with the answer no the pump is working

Horrible car wash. I have been going for this car wash for years because it was soft touch and to my extreme disappointment they have changed it to touchless. I could have done a better job with a garden hose. Not sure what the reason behind removing the soft touch. Will not be going back here as why pay a premium price for a car wash when I can get the same results in my driveway

Car wash is better in comparison to the others to found in Brampton. Does not feel well though for my suv.

Very clean, and I've ALWAYS had great customer service at this location. However, it saddens me to say that today the young female attendant showed a total disregard for my disabilities, and didn't authorize the pump for me, to avoid me walking to her to prepay, even though she stared right at me, with my cane. I only shop at Shell for their customer service. Im very disappointed today. Very upset actually. To top it off, this location doesn't activate their handicap door. Im sure for many, this review may seem or appear trivial but when your mobility is compromised, these issues are barriers that can be avoided, with very little common sense. I won't say that I will not return, as this is one of my regular gas stations however, manager or retailer, please educate your staff accordingly, or I will need to take my business elsewhere.

You need to tell your employees to listen to the customers properly and then do the transactions. Explain them the difference in diesel and gas too. I am so frustrated that i am adding this review while filling out my tank. I wish there was an option for zero star. And tell your staff to talk properly with customers after making the mistakes.

Their car wash is not working for a long time. Today, when I went in, the code got accepted but the hay did not open. On calling the station, the attendant said it is not working. At least post some signage as per shell standards. My code got wasted and he did not honour a wash for anytime in future. This should be brought into the notice of the retailer and the territory manager.

i came to this gas station for the first time. i had really bad experience with the employe of this store. His name is DLIP. He was very rude with me. He really didn't what is the real meaning of customer service And one of the most important thing he didn't ask me Air Miles.

The lady at the front had no manners and if they really do not want to do the job then should stay home. 05-May-2023 5:30pm

A very rude middle aged lady working at the counter needs to learn social manners. I am sure many customers would have felt insulted there.

Very good and clean gas station. But needs to be quick on competing prices in the area. In Brampton, gas stations are at every corner but they need to update or even beat their prices by a few cents to win the competition!
