Heritage Lodge is very high quality living experience for the elderly. The amenities offered are excellent making life very pleasant for the residents. The management & staff are very professional, dedicated & extremely competent. Would highly recommend visiting the Heritage Lodge for anyone .

I moved my 100 year old mother from Manitoba to Heritage lodge in VKH Naturally I was worried about how she’d manage the move . Colleen was so incredible and reassuring as she walked us through every step of the transition. She helped with every step with support and a smile . Sandra , Denise , Milo and Michelle go beyond the call of duty to make sure mum is comfortable and has everything she needs they both are always adding laughter to the rooms and hallways!! Also and Including suggestion to improve her healthcare and so helpful with everyday functions . Megan is always available to help and has a very big smile to brighten the day . The cooks Joanne,Julie and Kerryann are fantastic, food is great and they are so accommodating if you need something different or have dietary restrictions! The serving staff know what and how everyone likes things and tries to accommodate every request ! And then there’s Suzanne who makes every day special, with activities and games, special speakers, musicians , painting and many other things to do .The cleaning staff are so careful and do a great job, Chelsey,Debbie, Allison,and Charlene, and are so pleasant with all your he residence! The hairdresser on sight Marlene is such an amazing added feature!I’m so sorry I’m sure I left out some other special people and I apologize cuz everyone here tries their best to make life great !Mums room is so beautiful and bright with windows and outside door . Just step right out side her room for fresh air !!Lots of places may have a fancy lobby or bigger buildings but the only thing that matters is the staff !!!
