Beyond excellent service.Technician came first time and diagnosed shocks needed replacement on Samsung washer. He returned next day and before he replaced shocks he heard a different sound. This time diagnosis was bearings were going and no need to replace shocks if bearings shot. Thank goodness for honest and excellent technical service.

He was very experienced. The previous repair said throw away entire dryer. However, with his knowledge/expertise he was able to determine the issue was the motor. He was very helpful even sent me link for where to find low cost motor. After I received motor he was very accommodating and able to come the next day to repair dryer.
