Chelsea was amazing! She was so kind, attentive and not pushy at all. You could absolutely tell she genuinely wants her brides to feel beautiful and comfortable on their day! I was able to find the perfect dress at a fraction of the cost of other retailers. The price was so great I was able to afford two dresses for my wedding which I NEVER dreamed of being able to do!

We made a last minute prom shopping appointment and had the best experience with our consultant Molly. She was incredibly helpful, efficient and considerate. Even though there were three of us, she had no problem dividing her attention - and still, we all felt so special. Molly made us feel comfortable and was attentive to our needs. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have any idea what I was truly looking for in a dress. What a beautiful selection there is (size inclusive too)! We look forward to returning again soon.

I had an amazing experience at Karma. From start to finish Nikki treated me like royalty. I felt comfortable. She took her time to help me every step of the way. She was attentive and supportive. What was refreshing was how passionate and knowledgeable she was about the different dresses. I had an unforgettable experience. She even steamed the dress before I put it on. It doesn’t get any better than that. Excellent service. Thank again Nikki. I would definitely recommend Karma to any bride to be.Ask for Nikki, you willnot be disappointed.

Just went to Karma today, there was a very wide selection and some beautiful dresses. We had Jennica as our stylist and she was so nice and so amazing she made me feel like a princess in every dress I tried on. She didn’t try to sugar coat anything she was honest if I wasn’t in a good color or if the dress didn’t fit me properly. All around the best costumer service I’ve ever had trying on dresses!

When I saw my dream wedding dress in my size and on sale on Karma's Instagram, I thought it was too good to be true. I messaged them and they were able to fit me in for an appointment the next day to try it on.Jennica made the experience so special. She was kind and attentive, and had great recommendations for the alterations I was looking to get done. I highly recommend Karma, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I love my dress!
