This is a four season modular home park for seniors. It used to be called Coopers trailer park years ago.

BUYER BEWARE.I am so disappointed.I was set up to purchase a lovely modular home at this park. My family began the process of being approved with the park. The woman who is presumably the owner named 'Julie', was extremely rude, and belittling. Her manor was completely unprofessional. She began by asking for more money than agreed upon with the realtor, then began with issues with the water usage. The situation felt like we were being bullied. By the end of the conversation, my step mother was in tears. It was a real shame, as the woman who was selling the unit was as excited as we were. However, we had to pull out our offer and move on.I felt the need to review so others could avoid the same humiliation as we did.

O.K little park just make sure to ask park owners the rates not whoever is selling, the rates now and what they were locked into are way different.
