Domino's Pizza

I normally love domino's but tonight I ordered a pizza and it never arrived. Called at 10:30, well before closing and when I called back at 11:10 I was told that they couldn't even find my order. That means the person that took my call didn't even punch it in. Restaurant told me I'd get a freebie next time but honestly would you want to call this place back after what they did?

May 2023: Decreasing my stars again.Never imagined taste of a Pizza would vary so much based on who prepares it. I thought for chains like Dominos everything is standardized. For the past few times there is this new cook who works on Mondays and whenever he prepares my pizza I know even before tasting that it won't taste good. When I get lucky this guy doesn't work and the pizza tastes good. Last time I ordered it was a new cook again and OMG never imagined pizza could taste so bad. I usually substitute pizza sauce with garlic parmesan, this time not sure what happened, the parmesan smell was so strong that I couldn't eat it anymore and had to throw it away.April 2022:Updating my stars from 1 to 4, either the cooks who I mentioned earlier left or I got lucky that they aren't making mine. It's been good since then. Still leaving my earlier 1 star review form my earlier experiences belowDec 2021I recently moved to South Shore from downtown and I should say the service here is the worst. I ordered a custom Veg pizza twice and both the times they got my order wrong. Two different cooks but On both occasions they put whatever toppings they want, neither of them didn't even bother saying one simple word SORRY" on both occasions. The attitude of the cooks who work at this location is the worst

Horrible service on the phone and in person. Cheesy bread almost burnt last time we ordered. Pizza hardly has cheese on it? Very disappointed. Service and quality has gone way down.

they barely put cheese on the pizza now, it’s basically dough with toppings with cheese here n there. It’s the third time I’ve thrown out rest of the pizza after having a slice or two! Sad because this used to be one of my favourite pizza places!

Doesn’t matter if they deliver or if I go myself to pick up the pizza, service is efficient, these young guys work very good.Never been disappointed with the service or the food.

Dominos is a big chain. Above cheap chains, but below quality ones like pizza hut.All the pizzas are the same. That's not a bad thing though. It just has to be what you like.This store is clean quick and efficient.

Fast and easy. Carryout for those quick suppers with the kids. Friendly and courteous staff. Using the Domino's app is simple and fast.

A Medium Pepperoni/Cheese Pizza, $17.28 W/Tax. Slight Tomato Sauce, Slight Cheese (You can see the small amount because it burns) Some Pepperoni, not a TON" as advertised. Domino's used to be Good before they changed the Tomato Sauce but skimping on the Toppings is unacceptable."
