Zenetec Collision Repair Centre - Tiffin

I was very happy with the work done to fix the front of my car, it looks brand new! Employees were very helpful and kind through the whole process with updates on how the work was going almost daily. The work was done quick and I had my car back in no time! Highly recommend this place for anyone needing work done on their car.

My car was taken to Zenetec when my Honda Civic was rear ended. They did an absolutely fabulous job on the repair and the colour match is perfect. The repair was done quickly once the Insurance Company authorized the revised estimate.

One month after picking up my vehicle without this plastic cover installed under the rear bumper. They initially told me to wait for that parts to arrive in around 2 weeks and here i am still waiting. I called them and no one picked up the phone, texted them but no reply back, so i decided to leave them a 1 star review here.I will update the review back to 5 star if they fulfill their promises.Update: they clearly forgot my case and never contacted me to comeback for the cover as they initially promised until i made my reviews on here. However, the manager Christina resolved the issue quick. Thanks again Christina!

Zenetec did a fabulous job on my Pathfinder. Looks and feel like brand new car after a rear end accident. Staff was very courteous and willing to help you for all the questions and concerns we had. They even take care of the rental as well. I would recommend Zenetec to anyone and everyone for their car repair. They are the best. Wish them all the best.

They did a great job on fixing my vehicle and did it in a timely manner. They also cleaned the inside of my vehicle! However I called the Friday and told them I could not pick up until Saturday. They said they would leave my key in the 24/7 lock box. I brought my rental vehicle back and had a ride set up and (had to move my sons car seat around) and that is very annoying in itself. When I went to pick up my vehicle it wasn’t there, a worker was in the garage so I asked him for help and explained my situation. He refused to help and or even call the manager and was quite rude to me. The girl I had spoken to said everything would be set up and ready to go. I had no vehicle all week end and almost had to miss work on Monday due to her not understanding the phone conversation. The girl I spoke to on Monday sorted everything out for me and apologized and they even left me touch up paint for my Cadillac (it’s a specific black). So that was also nice. It was a large inconvenience and frustrating but they did do a great job at fixing my vehicle so I would go back, however I would double and triple check to make sure the pick up instructions are understood.

Great location. Amazing attention to detail. Professional staff. During my first assessment appointment, Cody went through all repair details that gave me assurance that it was going to be done right. Very happy with the final result! Definitely recommend. If you have a luxury vehicle, choose this place with confidence.

Very friendly service, the work on the car looks great. I liked that when we picked up our car Zenetec took care of returning the rental vehicle. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the time for work completion wasn’t communicated with clarity. We were told that the work would be done on Thursday morning, however, it wasn’t completed until the following Tuesday, exactly seven days after we dropped the car off. Although, we were sent a notification at different phases of the repair and when the car was in the final phase of inspection and quality control, when we contacted the office we were told it would be ready at the end of the day, i.e. Thursday, then on Friday and again on Monday.We had a rental car, so transportation wasn’t an issue but, it was just not ideal not knowing when the work would be completed, because we needed to do other daily activities that we couldn’t plan because we didn’t know when we would need to return the rental vehicle.My advice, better to under promise and over deliver. If they had told me it would be a week and it took less time or exactly what they had promised, I would have been fine with that too.

Company was quick easy and super friendly would recommend to anyone needing to have work done. I only needed my windshield repaired but thought it had to be replaced. They repaired it instead saving me money and being honest about it. 1000% happy with this service. HONEST FRIENDLY QUICK.
