TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Opened a bank account recently in this branch, got very welcoming and good service. Special thanks to Sadra for help.

I went into this TD location Friday after work and I was beyond pleased with the customer service. The young lady at the front, I believe her name is Victoria was phenomenal! Thanks for a great experience and I’m really happy I switched from Scotia to TD!

Dear TD operation manager... Please take note of the way this branch is managed ..!! when there is a line up..? ALL available officers go to the front to service customers...!! ..including the branch manager...!! officers are ALWAYS polite and helpful. I went to this location and was completely blown away with the incredible service they provide! Especially Nicole, she was a lovely individual to chat with. Overall, great location and I will be coming here again!

TD please stop funding new fossil fuel infrastructure. Canada can't win at cutting emissions while our banks pour insane amounts of money into new emissions creating projects like line 3 which is being built by your customer - Enbridge.

Poor customer service received from mortgage specialist. We were transferred to mobile mortgage advisor to get us pre approval for mortgage refinance; that mobile manager was lying about getting approval. Eventually we got a mortgage from another bank that provided excellent customer service unlike TD representatives.

Pretty negative experience ever since management change. Been coming to this branch for some time and there always used to be somebody greeting and offering assistance at the lobby entrance. Seems like there has been a shuffle in management and some of the staffing and branch does not feel the same.

Please Please please save yourself the trouble and go to any other Td. I waited 45 minutes for a draft only to have them print all my transactions, berate me with questions and treat me like a thief as I try to access my own money even after verifying my identity. I went to the next branch over and got a bank draft in under 5 minutes. I have never had a more demeaning and embarrassing experience at a bank.

Was here Jan 2023, had a personal and a business banking issue to take care of, Michael at the front was great and directed me to his colleague Celine in a very timely manner who then took care of everything I needed very efficiently. Happy to have found this branch and to be using it going forward.

The staff who serve me is not trained enough that an authorize person signature is required in a draft cheque. When my friend tried to deposit the draft check, his bank hold the cheque because its missing an authorize signature onto the cheque. A draft cheque with holding days for more than a week is very disaapointing. I should just issued a personal cheque or withdraw cash instead rather than waiting for the other bank to hold the cheque due to the negligence of this branch. The branch manager could not even help me and rude enough to ask me why I am back to their branch again when in fact i stayed there and lined up again to inquire other options if better to cancel the cheque and issue another one. The other bank only asking to respond to their fax inquiring the draft is good to cash out. If only the draft cheque is also sign by authorized person or the branch sent confirmation or responded to their fax inquiry, my friend and I havent gone through this kind of problem and trouble. Branch manager said that TD DO NOT fax anymore but other TD branch able to. No wonder the branch only has 3 stars reviews. There are a lot of customers who are not satisfied with their service. My point here, what if the money is very importanis and the person cannot do anything to cash out the money. They could have done better, a lot better.
