So I bought a vehicle back in either end of august/mid September, I love the vehicle I have, after I bought it and drove it home it was shaking so thought maybe cause it was dirty , it never got detailed so just thought maybe there was dirt in tires. My husband thankfully works in a shop and gave it a better look , we than found out two tires were totally different sizes , the tire end links were shot and the front shocks need to be replaced , I have messaged them about it , did get the tires for it, they were took book an apt for the other stuff but didn’t hear nothing back , I called and sunny had called them and told me to take my car to the place he had scheduled it in with, well we did but the owner did an inspection on it and said the shocks and end links need to be replaced I have called sunny back to see if he got the paper and see when I could go in , he had told me many times to take it there and the owner of the place said that he was waiting for a confirmation note back from obrians to see if he can. It still hasn’t been fixed and I have left sunny messages and voicemail and never got back to me, I will only give them three stars all cause I do love my car and the experience the day I got It was great, but me nor my husband will never go back as my concerns were totally ignored, and it just seemed all they cared about was getting a sale and didn’t care if a vehicle needed to be fixed. I will go back to a regular dealership

This is truly wonderful experience. Amandeep Singh (AD) is a great Sales Manager. When I mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn't try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy with great staff. Every step of the process was explain clearly and pleasantly. The paperwork was done smoothly. I would definitely recommend this branch if you are thinking to buy a vehicle.

After years of being told no adee got me into a vehicle in no time he was such a mice man and all the workers at this obrians are amazing will be coming back in the future if need be. Thank you obrians!

I was working closely with a finance manager and we communicated well and he understood my requirements. We were close to closing a deal on a vehicle I wanted and he said he would call me the next day.The next day I received a call from a salesman and was informed the finance manager was no longer available. The salesman knew nothing about the vehicle I was interested in or any of the work that was already completed with financing. Essentially I had to start over from the beginning.After starting the process over, the salesperson offered me vehicles that did not meet my criteria. During this time I also received a sales call from a 2nd salesperson from O'Brians. The 2nd salesperson did not know anything about the previous discussion with the 1st salesperson and was starting from the beginning as well. I informed him I was already working with a salesperson and I asked what happened to the 1st one. He did not offer an explanation, but the 1st salesperson called me back the next day and continued our discussions.After rejecting 2 vehicles that did not meet my criteria, I did not receive any more communications from the sales people.
