Okay, bear with me, this might be a little long but if you’re new to renovating it will be worth it. I've never renovated before and was having a hard time figuring out how to start my new kitchen. I found Madona and Tony online at Houzz and after reading the reviews booked a meeting with them, hired them. Tonys' enthusiasm is so contagious and you can immediately see Madona‘s professionalism as her eyes scan the room you’re renovating as you speak with her - she’s always working on something and has impeccable taste! I knew from the moment she and I walked through Home Depot with her that I'd made the right choice. As well, Tonys team is unbelievable at their work. Madona and Tony have gone above and beyond for my son and I, saving me money in countless little ways which all adds up. The reno's almost complete, but I haven’t really felt like I’ve been working with a designer and contractor. I really feel like I’ve been working more with extended family. I highly, highly, highly recommend Madd designs. I will add before and after photos later!

Its difficult to find the words to convey our gratitude and joy as we stand in our newly updated kitchen and baths after working with Mad Design Interiors. Madona has exquisite taste, was able to ascertain exactly what we were hoping for and connect us with the right products at the right price. She possesses the rare talent of picking exactly the right shade of white from a wall of dozens of samples (I know you know what I'm talking about). All of her suggestions and advice was spot on and she checked in regularly throughout the project to ensure all went according to plan. Tony has wonderful communications skills and he and his crew were professional, respectful and very talented. They did everything possible to assure their presence in our home was as unobtrusive as it could be and our fears of living in a construction nightmare were soon put to rest. We very highly recommend!

During the whole 3 weeks of renovation, Madona was very professional and easy to work with. She was always there for us, keeping us calm and on track when things went sideways. When we decided to design our new construction home, the main consideration was whether to work with an interior designer or not. The main reason was the budget. We had worked with an interior designer in the past and were familiar with the process. The key for us was to find someone that would understand the vision and concept of our plans and have the ability to integrate these plans with their professional expertise and resources.After researching and asking our family and friends, we found Madona Nemr of Mad Design Interiors. She is a great designer. She listened carefully and understood what we were trying to accomplish while being and personable and genuine. She was sensitive to our needs and was able to translate our ideas and budget into a realistic plan. Madona takes great care to select only the best. Madona is very accessible and addresses all the questions quickly and effectively. She is a qualified professional interior designer. We lucked upon Madona through a Google search, and how lucky were we to find her. From start to finish she has been amazing. After our first meeting we knew we were in good hands with Madona.We didn’t know where to start, and she was there every step, always pointing us in the right direction. Discovering our desired style, and helping us accomplish it. Assisting us in choosing the right contractors, and stepping in for assistance when things weren’t working, helping reduce the stress of an already hectic renovation project.She helped us stay on timeline and budget. We are really happy with the end product of our kitchen reno and living room redesign with Madona. Madona is professional, detail-oriented and talented. What I was most impressed by was her ability to pick up on my style and needs and tailor the design and finishes to it so that the end product is something we love and is liveable for us. For us that meant something that looked good but was also practical for a chef and lots of small children and dogs in the house. Madona worked with us to choose our finishes, giving advice and suggestions as we went. Shes not afraid to give her opinion but was always respectful when I had something else in mind. She was always open to a ‘does this work?’ text when I was shopping and also went shopping with us a few times. Madona made suggestions as to which companies to use for the renos which was also really appreciated. Once the design is completed by Madona, you work with the companies you have chosen to implement (kitchen, electric, plumbing, furniture etc), which takes some project management but Madona and is there and is a good advocate/inside business person if something goes off track. Overall we are really happy like we said and would use Madona again if we had another reno or re-design to do!

After being homebound for 18 months due to COVID all the little bothersome things about my home came to be daily irritations. With failed and desperate attempts of my own in the past I decided to hire a Interior Designer. Beat decision ever!!! Madona took my home and made it beautiful. I now LOVE everything and look forward to coming home. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, going above and beyond and being able to count on and trust your home and to someone. In the end saving time and money and ending in a magazine worthy home.As with any renovation comes some delays and difficulties. When these arose Madona took care of everything and connected us with the very skilled and super nice contractors Besnik, Milo and Tony.Forever grateful.
