I’m from out of town and I read the reviews and was looking forward to my appointment here. As she was shaping my nails I was trying to tell her what I want or that if a nail was crooked and I could visibly see that she was frustrated. She didn’t push back my cuticles at all and didn’t even blend the edges of the acrylic to my cuticles. It’s very thick. The length was also shorter than what I asked for. The nail polish application isn’t even smooth and you can see where the nail polish went past the acrylic to my nail bed. You could also see the difference in how they treated me VS their regular customers.

Love it, they are rlly good at drawing designs too! Y’all should come here!! I’d give a 10000 stars if I could, they have super nice service! (Not even kidding reading some of the negative reviews disgust me, stop lying to ur self, their excellent; also u know there’s more than one H&T nails)

A friend introduced me to this little gem. Always excellent service. Kyle does an amazing pedi. Very meticulous. I paid BIG at another salon because I needed a quick pedi and it was terrible. Barely spent any time and rushed me out the door. The next week I visited H&T. Kyle did a beautiful job. My feet looked and felt awesome. The leg massage was heavenly. I won't go anywhere else!!

Such strange service. The male tech used a new acrylic nail to pry and separate my real nail from my old acrylic nail during removal. This was a very uncomfortable and unusual manicure experience.

I got my nails done today for my grade 12 grad and I can't be happier! They did exactly want I wanted and they are so gentle. Definitely will go back again!

When I arrived for my nail appointment at H&T nails Kelly, one of the H&T owners, I was happy to take the time and show me what is in place to protect their staff and me. I have a background in health and safety, and I am very impressed at the attention to detail, non-stop sanitizing of all touched surfaces.H&T nails are sanitizing all equipment in alcohol and then 24 hours in a UV sterilizing unit. Single usage of nail trimmers and then sterilized.All staff are trained and certified COVID 19 protocols. Protective barriers are everywhere, and precautions are the same as in a Dentist office from booking your appointment until you leave the salon.
