I just had my battery changed and my speaker serviced as it was not clear. CPR was able to do both in less than an hour. I dropped off my phone, went to grab some groceries. Professions and quick!

Amazing service. I have not previously used any third-party repair services for Apple devices, but I was very happy with how CPR was able to fix my iPad 7 when it had a logic board issue which Apple Store was unwilling to fix (only option to trade in and pay an inflated price for a refurb or buy a new one). Very helpful and I would say great value for the money.

I brought my phone in for repair on the back glass which had cracked. The back was cracked for a few months before bringing it in, and I had been using it without issues in a case. After having it repaired here for $140, the screen LCD was damaged. It came in with no damage. I was told by their salesperson “they are not responsible for damages to the phone while in their possession”. So these guys will break your phone and then sell you more repairs. Wouldn’t recommend this store at all.

This is the best cellphone repair shop in Oakville hands down. I brought in my Samsung S10 with a cracked and damaged screen. Fully replaced and repaired with a new battery in one hour--amazing!! The owner is a really lovely gentleman as well.

Honestly best customer service I’ve gotten in awhile, very polite and helpful and honest! Not trying to scam for extra money like other places.. if you have any problems with phones computers whatever or even wanting to purchase I would definitely RECOMMEND this location!!

Happily surprised by the quick and professional service I got on my phone. Basically I bought my phone (an LG G7 Thin Q) years ago mainly for the high quality DAC to listen to music but my headphone jack recently failed. No audio would transmit to my headphones. They were very nice to answer all the questions I had pertaining to possible issues in regards to my phone and the repairs that it might need.They fixed my phone in just an hour. -This same phone, I was earlier worried I had to entirely replace.Unfortunately, I forgot to get your name. But thank you again.

GO ANYWHERE ELSEUnprofessional and unqualified. Received my phone back more broken than before.Took my phone in for a small crack on the screen waited 5+ hours and received my phone back. They had replaced the screen and in the process broken the phone speakers. My phone is completely unusable now I would rather have had the little crack in my screen. I received no apology and no resolution. I was told they can order the part and make another appointment however when I went to make an appointment they said they couldn't fix it. Now I have to get a new phone .
