It was definitely a gruelling process and I strongly urge you to avoid Pollard and Associates. I've sent emails and have never gotten responses back, been sent emails meant for other clients (this should be a red flag for most) and in general I felt a lack of effort on their end the moment I signed my contract. I think their counselling" sessions are short and unhelpful
