Cole's Point Resort & Trailer Park
Been coming here for more than a decade, grew up here as a kid loved every minute of it. Finally came back as an adult to the cottage part and it was an beautiful experience. Definitely coming back next year. Only reason I have gave a 4 and not a 5 star is because there was only 4 outlits to plug in stuff and it was in the kitchen not in the rooms so will have to bring extention cord. Walls are a little thin can hear through them.... other than that enjoyed my weekend.

Beautiful view! Amazing dances,fishing ,ice cream and people! The cottages are so cozy ! The cottages come with bedding and all kitchen supplies. The weekends are the best they have dances,lawn darts,horseshoe tournaments, bingo , kids club, zoos , corn roasts! 100 percent recommend checking out this resort!

We stayed at a friend's trailer. Very nice spot right on the water. Easy to get to just north of Campbellford.

Yup, love it here. It is a little rustic but they are renovating to make it even better. We have a guys trip here every year. Scott is a goid guy and easy ti deal with. Right on the Trent-Severn makes it a great fishing spot.

We have been renting the same bare bones cottage for almost 10 years. We enjoy the peace and quiet, the fishing and the views. We dont enjoy the fact that there has been no upkeep to the cottages. It's becoming run down, furnaces stop working, showers lack water pressure, the beds springs are popping through.It needs some attention. It has gotten to the point that we are considering a different location.

Coles point resort is super clean and friendly! They have a pool, cottages and seasonal trailer sites! Perfect for a little get away with the family

Scott is an awesome dude who seems very chill and welcoming. Cottage was a nice size and located on prime property. Only issue we has was washrooms are a bit cramped and out dated. Will be going back again

I think this is a really lovely cute camping site for my family I just don't think that they put enough time and effort into keeping it updated as it is really run down and needs a big massive upgrade upgrade I also don't like how you pay to go for the weekend but you only really get A-day and a few hours as check in is 2 o'clock and check out is 10 o'clock I paid for the weekend for my family Me and it wasn't worth it to me

Extremely unfriendly reception. We felt unwelcome by everyone who we came across, from the woman at reception to the grounds keeper to the denizens of the trailer park. Stunned by the lack of amenities for the price. The cost was equivalent to a night in a nice hotel, but there was no bedding provided, no air conditioning and not even a fan. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired.

Great spot to spend time in the outdoors. Has a pool. Amazing fishing. No Beach. Has a park for the kids with lots of climbing. Great family friendly trailer park.
