Great Clips

I feel really bad leaving this review, because the lady who cut my hair was really nice, but she absolutely ruined my hair. I went in wanting some layers, and not much off the length, but what I got was a choppy, uneven mess. The layers were cut so thick that they flare out in such a weird way and since they're so short, it's going to take me nearly 6 months to grow them out. I ended up going to another salon to try to fix this mess, and she has to cut another 2 inches off the length (which I didn't want), and while she did her best to blend in the layers, they still look awful. She was absolutely shocked at the state of my hair when I came in there. It looked like there were chunks missing everywhere. I am now devastated every time I look at my hair in the mirror and wish I had never set foot in this salon.

Worst hair salon i have ever seen!!! Even though i fully explain before hair cutting and showed the exact photo of each side and here are the result of my hair cut. Told that i was same hair cut as a other side. So check the photo if you not find different i feel bad for you. I explained again the lady at the middle of my hair cut and she get it and when i was explaining other lady worker said to me that you need to pay again if you want to make any changes in your haircut. Is it how how treat your customers great clips? Is it how you earn money by scamming people? And you use your slogan as a its gonna be great. Now i get it about your slogan. Rude behaviour, no understanding, no professionalism.

One of the best service I have received in the recent days. Both myself and my son were happy about the haircut and it was a highly professional experience with Lisa and Tarren. Certainly will come back and will retain it as a family salon

Will probably never go back. Told the lady 4 times but she didn't do what I asked. Now I have a bowl haircut and have to go elsewhere to have it at the least given some shape. Wow, some people should clearly not be in the industry.

Dana is great . Fast and efficient and gets the cut and style right every time. I love the on line check in and that you see your spot in line. Salon is always bright and clean

My husband tried this place in a crunch as it wasn't busy and was close by. We were happy with results. Haircut was decent and quick. It cost about $25 for little trim needed. He would likely try it again.

Sonia is a wonderfulllll person. She was informative, friendly, she listened, and entertained me with her great personality. She is so creative and gave me a close but new style which i believe is the best cut i have ever had! Thank you Sonia! Your the best!

Recently visited this place. neat and clean and experienced staff. But the haircutter when did my haircut who was talking too much so made some mistakes and forgot to take the side clearance. Men hair cut is $23, but with offer sometimes you can get it for $17. it's better to take online appt to avoid 20 mins delay during busy hours . It seems like closes by 8pm . enough car parking available .
