I had the pleasure of working with Stoneworx via Home Depot. They installed a new quartz countertop in my kitchen and it looks beautiful. The installation team (John and Felipe) was very professional and careful and did a fantastic job. Their customer service also called me the day after to check if I was happy and to provide instructions on keeping it well maintained. Great experience, highly recommended!

What a great experience!We dealt with Sudad through Home Depot to order our counter top. She was amazing to work with. We could not make our decision from the samples in the store so Sudad suggested visiting the showroom of Stoneworx.My husband and I made an appointment with Lisa to visit the showroom to view the granite slabs and make our decision. Upon entering the lobby, the first thing we noticed was a custom made kleenx tissue holder. We made a mental note to order one to sit on our new counter top and match it.Lisa was terrific to work with. We looked at many slabs and weren't seeing what we wanted. Lisa said that she had a suggestion but that it was a little more expensive. We asked to see the Fantasy Brown that she recommended. This beautiful stone was definitely misnamed but gorgeous and just what we were looking for. It should be called Fantasy Grey!We ordered the counter, back-splash and kleenx box in November. The measure was booked and completed within a week. The counter top and kleenx box were delivered and installed before Christmas. The backsplash was installed the first week of January. The staff that measured, delivered, and installed were all courteous and professional. They wore masks while in our home since this happened during Covid.I would confidently recommend Stoneworx to family and friends. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish and we are thrilled with the end result. Thank you Stoneworx!

Would NOT recommend this company! Spent over 4k on a Caesarstone Quartz countertop. Had it installed around September of 2017. Multiple issues noticed right away from rough edging, to dark spotty stains and even a chip. See photos below. Its been over 2 years and after multiple service visits, emails and phone calls issues are still currently unresolved. After my continued complaints were being ignored for months on end, I requested for a removal and refund. Due to my persistence I was finally offered a discount if I wanted keep it as is, or given an option to replace it with another brand. Even though I just wanted to cut ties with the company I opted for a replacement in good faith. Now I'm being told that management didn't approve of those options before they were expressed to me and the only option they were offering is to remove the countertop so they can try and fix it, than reinstall it. I think this company has gotten so big they just don't care about the quality of their products or customer service anymore. MONEY and PROFIT seems to be more important than doing a job RIGHT the first time or taking ACCOUNTABILITY for their mistakes. The word SORRY doesn't cut it at this point, your ACTIONS speaks volumes. DO NOT USE this company if you want a quality product and a quality install stress free. The amount of my personal time that I have spent trying to remedy issues with this company is unfathomable. In 2018 I had a Vicostone quartz countertop installed in my bathroom from a smaller company called Superior Bath Reno in Ajax. Flawless job never had one issue. If you live near or around Ajax I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

We had a great experience dealing with Stoneworx. My main contact was John Pacitti and he was incredibly helpful. We had a fairly tricky install because of the solid backsplash and the flush mounted cooktop. John suggested they take the cooktop so they could dry fit it to make sure the cut was precise. It fits like a glove. The backsplash looks incredible. We had a small waterfall" piece done at the window and it took longer to get that piece perfect then the whole countertop install. Can't say enough good things about both installers - Mike and Radim. Mike did the counter and Radim did the backsplash. They were profession and clean. And John was only a phone call away to help with any issues. Highly recommended!!"

Had the boys come down and do an install, they look awesome , very clean professional look , couldn’t be happier … Danny and Anthony brought Thomas and Eric( in training ) . Everyone pitched in and crushed it very happy .These boys are a Class act !!

The service and quality workmanship from Stoneworx is nothing short of excellent. The moment of truth started right at the beginning, we toured the facility to find the 3 slabs of material that best suited our needs. Being new at this we relied heavily on the knowledge and expertise of the salesperson to guide us in the right direction and alleviate the stress that goes along with this type of purchase, which he did . The installation was handled with true professionalism and was well coordinated right from the office to the final clean up. I was very impressed with the delivery, execution and installation. The crew came well prepared with supervisors and manpower as if they were carrying out an open heart surgery. Once the counters were all installed they left the place spotless ready for us to enjoy our wonderful new kitchen.

Please see the pictures for Kitchen Countertop. It was one of the expensive upgrade I did on my newly built home. I think you are good as long as everything get installed correctly at the first time. If something went off then you are in a big headache to get it resolve. Originally I was impressed after seeing their showroom, meeting with the manager and I was planning to get done a lot more work from this company in my home but now it all changes. Once I raised the issue, one technician said, it's not an installation issue, it's a fabrication issue. Second technician said, it's under the guide line, we can buff it down to look all the same. Third technician said, you came through a middle man (builder) so that's what you get. How can they be proud on their work? Since I have a builder in the middle so will be going through Tarion. Let's see how it goes. I will come back and update the review if anything changes.

Thank you Mike,Thomas and Taras for installing our new kitchen countertop and backsplash.We really like our new countertop which we selected inHome Depot and installed by Stoneworx.Workmanship is very good.Mike and team came on scheduled time,and finished the job professionally.Stoneworx customer service team from their office is very friendly and doing great job in scheduling the appointments and coordinating.We will recommended Stoneworx to our friends and family.

[Edit, Edit]The reno is not done yet. I think it will look great. I'll post the good pictures after I do the backsplash.[Edit]I have changed my review. I would give four stars to all the hard workers who came to my home and did really good work. They are the true heros in this journey.There were some slight flaws that I wish could have been avoided. The seam between the two angles of the sink counter is quite visible. I may get used to it in time but I was really hoping that it wouldn't show. It's my understanding that this is an artificial product so why wasn't it produced in one piece? There was also a small measurement issue that resulted in having to remove a piece of tile from my my backsplash. (pictures to come).Overall, it was a better job than I could have done by myself.It has come to my attention that the company recently lost their receptionist and are slightly telephony challenged. They do have a customer service department but, alas, there is no option when you call their number.Franca finally called back after I left this review and sent a scathing email to [email protected]. She admitted to having heard my voicemail and offered no apologies for leaving me in a lurch.Franca cost them one star.********. Below is my Original Comment ******I wish there was a zero stars option. They do not have a receptionist and whomever is at ext. 320 either is on vacation or forgot how to check voice-mail.I got another call from one of the employees who mumbled their name and did not leave an extension.

Want to express my gratitude to the Stoneworx team.Both Shane and Vlad were amazing to deal with and very polite.They dealt with my sink mounting issue quickly and in a clean manner. Highly recommended for their services.
