Absolutely Immaculate Thanks to Nicole. I have been getting artificial nails for years and I can’t believe the beautiful work that she did! She was absolutely meticulous in making sure they were shaped perfectly and they were nicely thin. I’m her client for life LOL. Thank you Nicole. See you again. She also did my pedicure a few days again., which is why I booked for my nails.

Outstanding experience. Nicole was excellent and very skilled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and have already recommended to a friend who booked immediately for Friday. Immaculate is the right name for this place because it is truly that. If the staff isn't with a client they are cleaning. Just go.

I have been coming here for years and usually have a really great experience but I made two appointments for 10 and they only did one at 10 and didn’t start the other until 1030. Someone walked in after us and they actually started that pedicure before coming and starting ours. You shouldn’t take appointments if you don’t have enough staff. 5-10 minutes late isn’t a big deal but 30 minutes is when 1 of you is done and the other hasn’t started. The nails look good and the girls are nice but it just left a bad taste.

I went in and was a bit hesitant because I had never been before. My nails were botched from the previous place, but they were able to make beauty from stone.

I find this salon very clean and well organized. All the ladies are super friendly. Their prices are fair. I enjoy coming to the salon.

The name of this salon does not live up to its expectation. I booked an acrylic fill at this location because the reviews were decent compared to other nail salons in St. Albert. The location was also conveniently close to my home as well. I have worked in a nail salon as a receptionist for 4 years in the past so I understand the ins and outs of nails. I could tell from the very beginning it was going to be a bad experience. The nail tech who did my nails used a cuticle cutter to cut off pieces of my previous acrylic that was lifting. She did that to all 10 finger nails. I have never seen a nail tech do this and I understood that by doing this, the structural integrity of my nails would not be strong and would eventually result in my nails breaking sooner then it should. The shaping of my nails were horrendous. I asked her to fix the shape 2 times but there comes a time when you realize that a person is not capable of doing the job. After the second mention, I gave up on all hopes it was going to turn out good. As she was painting my nails, she was using a cuticle pusher to clean the Shellac polish that was bleeding onto my cuticles. I realize that certain colors will bleed making it difficult to paint; however, it can be done nicely without having to use a cuticle pusher to clean the edges. There are tiny air bubbles in the Shellac polish, my nails are uneven, and the gel overlay on my thumb is textured. I will include pictures to show others the results. I tried hard to make conversation with the nail tech during my time at the salon but she made very little effort to reply. I think she spoke four words to me during my time at the salon. I would say customer service is definitely lacking in that department. She was more concerned about calling her next client and asking her where she was then putting in an effort with my nails and/or experience. Never again will I make the mistake of going to a random salon just for the convenience of it. Don’t recommend.

Had an amazing experience here! They had total availability for my walk-in. Lin was fast to greet me and got my pedicure started right away. She did a great job on my feet that definitely needed some TLC. I also got a new set of acrylics which were also done to perfection. Lin was meticulous about the shape and finish on my nails. Needless to say they turned out great. I will definitely be coming here again

I had another great experience at Immaculate Nails today. I had the OPI pedicure. I found the prices reasonable. The massage chairs were comfortable and my technician was attentive. Everything appeared clean. It was a gentle and relaxing 45 minutes! I always ask myself why I wait so long to go back!

Went in for sculpted gel nails. Lin did a fabulous job and gave me exactly what I was looking for. What I asked for, but wanted a tad longer and in black instead of pink. Love them! Thanks Lin!
