Baywash Laundromat

Very clean facilities. I love the very soapy brush with it's pink, bubble gum smelling foam that really cuts through grime. The power wash spray and rinse has great pressure. I really appreciate the spot free rinse spray as it leaves the vehicle 'spot free'! They have a credit card machine in each bay that helps reduce exposure to other clients. This is probably the BEST self serve carwash in the Wasaga area.

AVOID THIS CAR WASH - DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!13 Jan 2022, 10am, bay 3 was flooded in ankle deep water, so i pulled in to bay 4 which was bone dry. Why was it bone dry ? Because it was out of service, that's why, an no, there was no notification that it was out of service. Thankfully it only ate one loonie of my hard earned cash before I realized it was out of commission.So now that bay 3 and bay 4 were no go's, I pulled out and went in to bay 2. There was hardly any soap at all coming out of the high pressure hose, so i switched over to the foaming brush. I waited a good 15 seconds or more, but there was NOTHING coming out of the foam brush. I ended up having to wash the car best I could with the less than acceptable amount of high pressure soap.MARCH 5th 2022 3pm. Bay 4 was still out of service, just like it was in January, and the line up of cars were out to River Rd. I used Bay 1 closest to the laundromat. The dials on the selector are all out of line. The soap" selector gives water

This place is a a joke. A few machine with issues and the machines are way over priced compared to a laundromat in Whitby that seemed really bad but no.. the one in Whitby your clothes don’t come out smelling like death or damp after an hour in dryer.. Completely shocked did a medium load here in their biggest machine and an hour or slightly longer in the dryer and the clothes came out SMELLING LIKE DEATH and once the clothes weren’t so hot like on fire and leaving.. arriving back home finding out the clothes are still damp. This never happened in the Whitby laundromat and it is even slightly cheaper. I know these people own another one over by toppers pizza certainly wouldn’t trust that one either.. at least keep an eye about it…. heck it is probably over priced too.Cannot recommend this place and will certainly never return.

When the owners are they with staff they are very nice and friendly and the place is always good and clean thanks

Attended Kevin's shop and had Ram windows tinted . Very pleased with the outcome and the shops Covid protocol . Thanks Kevin for a job well done

I've attended this laundromat a few times over the past 3 months in hopes that at some point my experience overall would improve. Unfortunately not. The general issue here is that there are always machines & dryers that are out of order or malfunctioning. Hand written signs are posted about this throughout. Appearance wise, today seemed a little more unkept/dirty than usual and now, I notice prices have gone up on some of the washers. I'm all for supporting small business but some money needs to be spent to rejuvenate this laundromat to peak performance. I'm sorry to say but you've lost another customer.

Was clean and was perfect for an emergency wash. Would use again if I needed to.

Most of the machines work so that's a good start. And other then at the end of the month, there's normally always a couple of machine's available.

Great laundromat, machines seem to be always operational and clean. Only improvement would be a live camera on your website/facebook to see how busy it is st that time.
