My furnace stopped working today so I contacted the Prime team and he helped me try to troubleshoot the furnace over the phone, when that did not work he promptly showed up, diagnosed the problem and fixed my furnace. I highly recommend this company, they are honest, reliable and have great prices. Even though it was a Sunday, he showed up and worked hard to fix my furnace. Thanks again.

I had Harkinder and Satnam work on my furnace. We had just replaced our furnace only five years before with another contractor and it had stopped working. Satnam and Harkinder were able to answer my call right away and replaced the old furnace with a brand new Goodman unit. We are very satisfied at their speed, quality of work and clarity on their charges for the service.

Since then I have had them back to install a humidifier and a soft water and filtration system. I have only compliments for Savy and the gentleman who works with him. We have asked Savy to quote us for an air conditioner and some electrical work in the near future because we feel his work is amazing, and his pricing is fair. Great Experience, would recommend as they communicate and work fast while caring about their quality of work.Furnace went out right before nightfall, I called around 9pm, and he tried to help over the phone, but nothing worked, then said he'll come by first thing in the morning.First thing in the morning they came by and found the issue quickly, and recommend a new furnace, which was installed within hours. They also offered a fair price, which was great.I've also had them work on my water heater before, and never had an issue. Great Communication, which is exactly what you want when your heat or hot water isn't working.

We have had Harkinder and Satnam come to our residence a few times over the past few years to repair our dishwasher, washing machine and most recently install a new dishwasher. They just replaced my 30 year old HRV system by Life Breath that finally gave up and install a brand new one. They were very methodical and timely in providing me with a quote, turned out they are also a cost competitive compared to other distributors, and finally they kept me informed to when installation will take place as new unit had to be ordered from manufacturer. They showed at scheduled date/time and completed installation within few hours, tested the system and cleaned the place afterwards. Great service company, strongly recommended for any of your HVAC needs.
