Worst experience in my life. A reservation means only that they will call you the day before to let you know if I even have a trailer. When I finally made the reservation and after thier confirmation and after I did the on line check in I went to collect the trailer and there was no trailer there for me. The local clerk said she could not help me and I was told to call the montreal dispatch office where I sat on hold for 45 minutes before giving up.Absolutely a place to avoid at all costs. Never again!I can't post this without a rating so the star here is for the company they used to be, fast fair and efficient. But no more!
