Cub Cadet Canada

Bought a cub cadet power washer series 3000 less than two years ago and after only a third use of the unit, the hose connector from soap container to pump blows apart even though I was not using soap application. After contacting Cub Cadet due to warranty still being in effect, they responded that if cannot be fixed at one of their repairs centres in Ottawa, they would change the whole pump under the warranty. One month after finally getting call to pick up, they informed me that they were able to repair the break but I would have to pay $62 for the work because they decided I had abused the unit which looked spanking new. Phoned Cub Cadet and response was that they spoked to the repair person and agreed on the decision not to apply to warranty. Guilty was immediate response. What ever happened to trusting what we say and what happened? Will never recommend or buy from MTD again.

We bought this for my wife, she loves to mow believe it or not. The first thing that got are attention was the ease of lowering and raising the deck. Then the power steering feel and its ability to turn way sharp. Should’ve seen the look on her face when she first turned it. Priceless. The hydrostatic transmission and no choke idea makes it so easy for her to use. She loves it. I love it. Great machine. Great product. Good job cub cadet.Thank youMikel

I purchased a Cub Cadet CC 30 last year and absolutely love it. It’s a great little mower and lets us mow way faster than our previous self propelled mower. Company has been great to deal with, definitely recommend Cub Cadet to anyone looking for a new mower!

Purchased a cub cadet 3.28 HDT track snow thrower for our cottage on November 23, 2019 at the cost of $2799.00 plus tax. We waited for a snowfall which we got in December 2019. My husband did ONE pass with the machine and it would not move further. Thankfully he knows something about these things and he determined a wheel mechanism broke inside the machine. He took the snow thrower back to the dealer where the dealer admitted this is a known issue and Cub Cadet is aware of it. Seeing as it is a known issue I find it unacceptable that the dealer took our money knowing there was a problem with these machines. Further it's ridiculous the cheap faulty parts aren't in stock because of the known issue. But then again, why should I be surprised. Cub cadet is providing two new parts for our machine because the dealer said he knew the other wheel mechanism would also break so he will replace both. We were told the replacement parts, which I assume will be the same poor quality would arrive in 1 week. It is now January 22, 2020. We have had significant snow fall in cottage country and our new snow thrower is still at the dealer awaiting warranty repair. Cub Cadet is unavailable to the public to contact via email . The 800 number provided connects you to a useless customer service representative. I strongly suggest you stay away from this company and their product. Live and learn.

Bought an XL1 a year and half ago and have had nothing but problems. PTM, throttle cables breaking, battery it just never ends. Sure its covered under warrently but costs me $150 each time I have to bring it in for repairs...absolutely garbage

Awesome place to deal with! Bought my first brand new snowblower. My purchasing dealer did not provide me with the owners package, they couldn't find it. I called up Dominick at Cub Cadet Canada and he sorted out everything I was missing with my new purchase and promptly sent it out to me. Good job!!

We have purchased the Cub Cadet single stage (200 series) snow blower last year and although generally pleased with this product, there is one nagging issue.The design on the left side, with the belt housing, does not allow enough space above the left wheel to discharge the snow properly. It clogs the left wheel and eventually stops turning, thus causing you to drag the machine, until you clear the snow with a stick etc.It's annoying, if we knew this before I bought this machine, I wouldn't have purchased this model.It's caused by a design flaw in this model above the left wheel.Is there a solution to this nagging problem??Please help!
