this BMO branch location is a disgrace : inside the atm machines room the smell of urine is unbearable ; outside there is garbage all around (empty beer cans, rotten food, etc.I mentioned this dire situation to the employees but nobody seemed to care…I feel ashamed for having an account with BMO!

Positive* The opening of bank account and credit card takes time around 1.5 hoursthink we need more time for the appointment. since if you need to get everything explained for current account and credit card, it takes timeBut the financial advisor spend extra time to do both in a single appointment* dont know what happened to my credit card application it was held up by internal team* the credit limit getting for a salary account is really bank. i got a secured credit card.* the card issue was blocked from internal credit card department. and was not intimated to me. Had to talk to the department through my financial advisor. If she hadnt helped, i would have had to wait for hours in the phone to resolve it. And if i end up in wrong waiting queue, had to wait more time in new queue after queue transferThe call wait time in customer car voice is too high* had bad experience* had to wait for hours in the phone to resolve it. And if i end up in wrong waiting queue, had to wait more time in new queue after queue transfertwitter you get better response.All in all* Financial advisor are trying their best* But the system behind customer care call, credit card approval etc are not ideal and get users frustrated easily.* there is no easy way to know if the new comer benefit criteria was met, i didnt get any sms or email that i fulfilled the requirement for the criteria

The so-called 'mortgage-specialist' either took advantage of a stressful and chaotic time in our lives and ultimately tricked us into a mortgage rate that we never would have gone for or was completely incompetent. Either way we tried to rectify through various processes only to be told essentially 'tough'. We have already closed everything else to do with BMO and will switch the mortgage to another bank that doesn't take advantage of its clientelle. Apalling.

It was an excellent experience, from the beginning the cashier was very kind and directed us to the advisor. The credit counselor named Hala, provided us with important information for our application and helped us process it. All these people work towards offering us the best BMO product according to our needs.

Very frustrating when the ATM is not accessible on Sundays. Outside doors are locked. It's not like we're in a bad neighborhood. At least have a device we're we can scan our card outside to have access to the ATM on hours that are past bank hours, like Sundays.

Started my journey with BMO last week. Was greeted by an amazing lady, Hala Fata. She was truly what a respectful agent is about. Great service, smiling face, addressed all my concerns, and was able to outmatch what i was looking for with better options. Had a meeting with her for over an hour that went by quickly. That never happens unless you like what you're doing and you're being efficient about it. Just amazing. Kudos! Keep up the awesome work!

Booked appointment online but the person doesn't work that day.Had to waste a lot of time for just a GIC transaction.

It was my first time opening a bank account in Canada and I decided to go with BMO after a lot of research. I had an appointment with Ms. Hala Fata and meeting her convinced me I had made the right choice!! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products offered by BMO and which services would suit my financial needs the most. An hour with her and we already had a plan of action for how to manage my finances as a new immigrant. Would highly recommend BMO and Ms. Hala Fata! The bank is certainly very fortunate to have a fantastic person like her in their team.
