Very helpful, knowledgeable, and local customer support and techs. Quick response, willing to listen and put in the effort to fix an issue, plus they don't assume you have no idea what you're talking about. As far as actual internet, I have consistantly decent performance, even towards the edge of their range. It rarely fluctuates and is usually quite close to advertised speeds. It is not the fastest nor the cheapest, but far better than most rural options. I've dealt with several other companies who do not consistantly deliver close to the paid for speeds, and are often barely usable, even in places that coverage shouldn't be an issue and customer service is usually a nightmare. I would definitely recommend LR Communications.

I called office they we are trying a new package that did exist when we got our service.it would be nice if the customers knew they have cheaper and better packages i cant imagine how many people in town that are paying more for less like I was but that would cut into profits hmm . So far new package is working its only been a week we'll see if it changes

Everyone I have had contact with has been a pleasure to deal with. The installation process was quick and painless. We have had zero problems with LR (not the case with the others we have dealt with). We have been with LR several years now and highly recommend them.

Once again we are without internet and there's no storm and no one to call. I'm truly not impressed with this 100 dollar a month package when i only have internet half the time, my game lags all the time as well. There's not reported outage but yet I have no service on my router.

If I could rate this service a 0, I totally would. We have their internet and it completely sucks. I have an Xbox and it takes literally 3 days to install a single game. The slowest internet service I’ve ever had in my life. I’d advise others to not get this service. We pay for a top notch service and that is not what we are receiving.

LR Comms is top notch. It may not be the fastest but for the average family using internet, netflix etc.. its fast enough, especially when you live in an area where your choices are limited. Their customer service is fantastic. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the ladies in the office. If you've ever had to deal with Comcast or any other big name provider, you'll understand and appreciate how nice it is to call a company and speak to someone locally. I can't stress that fact enough. Also, in the three years that I've had their service (also unlike big name internet providers) I have never ever lost service regardless of the weather outside. Super pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

Always quick svc if something is wrong. Best I've ever dealt with. If they can't fix with a troubleshooting call,they come out. It's the reason I subscribe. Don't ever give up the great customer service.
