Horrible customer service. We weren’t allowed to try anything on here so they said we could come back and return it if the item didn’t fit. So we did that and came back to the store to return the item that didn’t fit. The manager was rude about it when we literally were told hours earlier we could do this. Had to wait for the clerk to find her manager so the manager could do the return. She messed up the return amount so she then had to re charge us and return the proper item all while acting like this was a burden to her - when she messed up.

I visited this place around 11:30 am . I tried few clothes but when I got to the check out counter there were on two counters were open. And when I get to my turn after 5 minutes or so. They closed another counter. And cashier told me to wait until customer ahead me is done. And she stand there doing absolutely nothing. I think she's racist. There was no reason for her to close the counter. I am not paying for standing in line for no reason.

Great place to shop... but Fitting room not allowed for customers due to some black friday reason.. we have to try outfits infront of public mirror.. what a shame

This has become my Wife's favorite place to shop. They have nice benches for me to sit while she shops. We love the selection and prices. We even bought her wedding dress there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Never had much luck in the men's area, not my styles.

They racially profiled my friend and are refusing to meet with him and his advocates to remediate this situation. Obviously additional training is required for their staff. That’s a simple place to start but no! You won’t even meet with them to talk about solutions or to make an apology.I won’t be shopping at this store if this is how you treat Indigenous People.

EDIT: Urban planet shows no interest in changing their racist ways even though they cry on social media they’ll “handle it accordingly” RACIST COMPANY. BOYCOTT URBAN PLANET.A friend experienced racial profiling at this store. Highly recommend if your a person of colour to avoid this location as there are racists who work here.

the girl at cash was moody and said very little.because I work retail in the mall I understood the process. but anyone who doesnt understand wouldn't know what was going on and would be left clueless.on top of that the service was slow. I must've spent a half hour in the store just to exchange a tank top.
