Accidentally dropped my iPhone and had to get the screen replaced. Shoaib responded to my emails about quotes and screen repairs promptly. I brought it in and it was ready within an hour. Great customer service and would highly recommend if you've had the misfortune of damaging your phone!

My son tossed my phone in a full bathtub. Needless to say this caused an issue. Not only was the price of repair HUNDREDS of dollars less here, they went above and beyond to help me get pictures and other irreplaceable information secured, and a system set up so that my phone is backed up automatically in 2 places. My phone was repaired in a matter of hours and I was communicated with every step of the way, including a follow up email with additional details. 10/10 service, price, and effort from Milton Wireless.

Shoaib presented an amazing service for repairing my Samsung S20 FE 5G. He provided the parts as promised, repair the phone in 40 min. with decent repairing cost. The phone was bent and not charging but now I'm enjoying using my phone again.I highly recommend dealing with Milton Wireless.

Shoaib was excellent to deal with. He offered me a great price to fix my phone which was honest and less than a quote I got from another store nearby. His work is also excellent as the fix required dealing with delicate parts on my note 5 and he did it without damaging anything. The work was done quickly. Also exceptional customer service with offering me hand sanitizer (rare commodity these days) and alcohol swabs to wipe down my phones and other equipment. Thank you, I will definitely be returning to your store for future needs and recommending it to others.

I had a part of my iPhone charging cable broken and stuck in the charging port. I was afraid we'll have to open up the whole iPad to fix it. Took it in, and they fixed it in no time. Great service and experience. Hopefully won't need them again, but if required, I won't hesitate to get back to them.

I called over 20 stores across Brampton, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, and Oakville, looking for a screen protector for the Samsung Z Fold 3 with no luck. That includes large stores like Best Buy and many smaller cell phone accessory/repair stores.I ordered a screen protector on Amazon, but it was completely incompatible with my case.This local store not only had screen protectors available, but had multiple sizes for it.Flat out amazing!

I broke my iPhone X screen. Shoaib was kind enough to respond to my email at 7pm (after store hours) and replaced the screen the following day.More importantly, he always had his mask on and kept a good distance at the same time.Thanks for the great job!
