Not only that, he worked with us on a Custom design that my wife was Very pleased with and finds herself admiring her ring on a daily basis. Brad helped me when I was looking for an engagement ring for my lovely now fiancé. He was professional and helpful. I brought in a picture of what I was looking for and he had it made for a lot less than the big box designers while not compromising on the quality or appearance. The ring came out perfect and was exactly what I asked for. I also had an ring that was a treasured family heirloom fixed and resized. I had no problem trusting Brad with it and it came back great. You can hardly tell the shank was replaced.

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with Brad. We visited many other jewelers in London and found Richmond jewelers to be the most honest and fair. I brought Brad a picture of a ring I would like created and he informed me it was no problem. My wedding ring consists of a 1 ct moissanite (bought online) and a hand engraved band. The hand engraving was far more beautiful than the picture I had provided Brad with. We decided we wanted the same engraving on my finace's ring.
