Brothers Lock & Safe

I absolutely used to love these guys. Super friendly and always willing to help. I’m not sure what’s going on there but I came in three different times over three weeks, wanting to get my truck key made but the auto key maker was either not there or busy. I Was supposed to get a call all three times and nothing. Today I went in to ask if they could help and was greeted with attitude. I just wanted to give them business and they said there to busy. Sad to say I guess I’ll be finding a new company. I never write reviews as I understand that some times business can get hectic as I own my own company but three weeks, three different visits and got attitude of the guy was in to help was unacceptable. Hope things get better there.

Asked how much to cut a key that I already purchased on amazon and was rude about telling me to get them to cut it. I understand if they don’t use customer supplied parts, could’ve just told me that they don’t do it unless they supply the part. Didn’t have to be rude about it.

When I think of Brothers Lock & Safe I think quick, reliable and reasonably priced.Thank you guys for your great service!

Stopped by today to get a blank key cut. Was in and out super fast. And the older fella was very nice and friendly. Even showed me some neat little things about keys. If I ever need a locksmith, these are the guys I'm going to be calling.

Decided to remove a broken key from the deadbolt and in the process took apart the entire mechanism. They were able to put it back together in minutes and the cost was very reasonable.

Got five keys cut for my new flat at 19.00 dollars . Quick service ,and friendly . Five stars ,serviced by a professional male that did the cutting ,and prompt female looking cashier .

Ive been dealing with them for well over 10 years and will continue to deal with them for 10 more.
