My partner and I recently got a storage unit, the monthly price is great for a heated drive up storage!Bishop helped us out after booking the storage unit over the phone (the lady also was so helpful and kind) he showed us the unit and made sure it was what we wanted! He was very kind and his service was fantastic. He also helped us with a lock and finding some bags for our items that will be put in the unit!We are so very happy and pleased with out unit!

Spencer and Bishop continue to impress me with the excellent customer service that they provide. They are informative and responsive to customer needs. The unit we have rented is heated, clean and provides good access. Office and lot hours are convenient. Very well run facility.

Looked up my unit online (keep your eye out for super saver coupons - we got a fantastic deal) and ended up booking by phone at the call center. The lady was a little fast talking so I had to clarify things and be clear about what I wanted so I got the best price but she wasn't pushy and she was very kind and helpful. The gentleman at the actual office was very nice to deal with as well. Being in the middle of an inter provincial move there is a lot going on and he was patient and kind when I wasn't able to come the day I had originally said. The unit was clean and as described. I was pleased that the heated unit wasn't more expensive. Should be the perfect spot to store our things for a few months while all the details of our move get worked out.

We have had a great experience so far. The check in process was easy, and Spencer provided all the information we needed to access the space. We were easily able to have the movers bring our stuff in, the lot was clean and easy to access. We have already accessed the storage unit and it was easy to get through the gate using our code.

Bishop was very informative and helpful and made sure we made the best selection for our unit. Spencer was very helpful also. Highly recommend.

Fantastic staff to work with bishop went out of his way to make sure we understood everything correctly regarding our unit. Would definitely recommend this storage facility if you want a secure and easily accessible place to keep your things
