Polestar Montréal

Very great dealership. Recently purchased a new Polestar after a very well explained road test with the young fellow Mr. Antonio. The rest of the staff is good also. Great team, nice work.

Had the pleasure of visiting Polestar’s garage for a few minor issues on my new car, and it was the best service experience I’ve EVER had. Roger, the service manager, was very accommodating in allowing me to visit at the last minute while I was in town for travel. The techs (Dave and Eric?) were extremely helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic about their cars. I’m pretty happy to be a Polestar owner knowing these guys have my back.

On Friday, we picked up our beautiful new P2 from the Montreal (Laval) Space.I would like to thank the staff for an excellent professional, honest, and low stress buying experience.Most of all, I would like to thank Erika Chin for all the great support she provided from the very first product explanation/demo through to the final handover phase.Thanks, Erika for the timely and honest answers to all my questions and concerns over the last 8 months.You are the best!

The car is nice looking, and it is fun to drive, which is nice. The tech in it and their app can be flaky at times (nothing a reboot of the infotainment system can't resolve), and it is not the best winter car I've owned (the climate system is a bit unusual n the way AUTO mode works and the windows easily fog up).The customer service at this dealership is somewhat lacking (due to growing pains). It is hard to get a hold of a human when you want to, at times. Something to keep in mind when considering....

First off i want to make it clear that i love the vehicle. Mu issue is with the service. From the onset it has been almost impossible to get a hold of someone at the montreal polestar. My vehicle was rear ended in december and the repair company (carstar) has been trying to get a hold of the parts department but it's almost impossible. I have also tried and even reached out to polestar canada support who also have not heard back frok the montreal dealership. I finally spoke to someone (francis) but he was not very commital on getting the parts out and said he needed to speak to carstar. I just want my car back!!!

The staff @ Polestar are just great. They have made my purchase experience a pleasure and stress free. Service is excellent and has exceeded my expectations. Good people with a good product and program is certainly guaranteed for success.Thank you Mathew, Roger, Dan and Dasia.What a gorgeous vehicle.....and so fun to drive.

One of the best test driving experiences I've had for EVs! Super convenient that they come to you with a test vehicle. Saved me a lot of time! The person was very knowledgeable helpful as well.
