I actually had two problems - I was given some advice to follow regarding the first problem and they solved it simply via the telephone. In the meantime my dryer developed an issue and they quickly and efficiently made the repair. Even with their busy schedule both of my problems were dealt with in a very professional manner.

Our freezer had stopped working and after talking to their reception about the issue she was able to pre-order parts. When the repair Tech showed up he had the parts in hand and was able to fix the freezer. The repair was 1/5 the cost of a new freezer so we are very happy!

My new dishwasher needed some warranty work and Majak in Three Hills was able to take over the warranty file and have a technician come and fix it. They were on time , professional and competent. The only downside was that I had to wait 3 weeks because they were so busy.

Cam arrived on the appointed day and called about 15 minutes before his arrival so we were ready for him. He discovered the problem with our dishwasher quickly and remedied the situation in good time. Cam was friendly and professional. It's good to know that we can get quality service for our large appliances right here in Three Hills.

Majak Electric was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. Diagnostics on our appliance was done quickly and efficiently. We will use them in the future and recommend them to others.

The electrician was fantastic! He was able to fix my washing machine, even though the problem was more complicated than originally expected. He stayed extra time, and diagnosed and repaired the issue. Very capable and professional.

They were hired by Samsung to repair our new fridge. After not hearing from them Samsung told me to call them and ask when they planned to come out. The person who answered the phone said they received some repair orders last week and were getting to them. The soonest they booked me in was the following week. They said they would be out in the morning. I took the day off of work and waited all day just for the tech to call me at the end of the day to try to rebook because he did not have all the parts to repair the fridge. I asked him if he knew about not having the parts at the beginning of the day and he said yes. I also asked him what parts it needed as he hasn't even looked at the fridge yet. He started to make excuses and was rude to me on the phone. I said don't bother coming and I will call Samsung to make a complaint about the way that this company conducts business. I own a Company in Calgary for over 33 years and would never treat a customer like that. Small town Companies should not either. I waited a week to hear back from the company I bought the fridge from and they said Samsung voided my warranty because the tech said I was rude to him. The only reason he said that is because I said I was going to make a complaint about them.After a short call with customer service they listened to my side of the story and now are sending a new more professional company to repair the fridge. I would like to say that small companies like this would not make it in a big city with much more competition.

My Maytag washer wouldn't work. I was very pleased with the service and advice given. I would definitely recommend your business to anyone anyone looking for professional service and advice.
