Had a problem with my vacuum head, brought it in one morning and received friendly and immediate service. Turned out to be a simple fix and I was not even charged. I've had similarly great service here before and will definitely go back for all my vaccuuming needs. Thanks.

The Vacuum Centre - Sidney
Recently did a renovation for a client. They also needed a central vacuum installed. I walked into this awesome little shop & within 30mins I was out of the door with a brand new Cyclovac system. At my own house I have had a Beam for the past 15 years which I have been happy with but I was really impressed with the performance of Cyclovac & the German power head that came with it. Not to mention how knowledgeable & professional the young man at the shop was. Highly recommended. Will send all my client here in the future.

I recently found myself in need of a new vacuum for our son. Since I live right in downtown Sidney, I stopped in at The Vacuum Centre. Their knowledge of the various products was such a pleasure to hear. I was particularly impressed with the wonderful comments from the lady who stopped by to pick up some vacuum bags. She said her vacuum has been working like new since they had it fixed for her. Our son is very happy with his new vacuum. I will also be directing my friends to this place.

After my local vacuum supplies store closed down I was concerned that i would not be able to find any dust bags for my Panasonic vacuum. The C3 bags seem pretty rare. A search on Google came up with The Vacuum Centre in Sidney Vancouver Island. I was so happy, they are pretty local to where I live. Service was very prompt, I received the package the same week that I ordered. My emails with them have been very friendly and positive. I would definitely recommend them for your vacuuming need.

The folks at the Sidney Vacuum centre were extremely helpful. I was concerned about the amount of power I would get from a unit for my house but was assured it would be adequate. My expectation was surpassed! Farhad recommended a unit and I am very happy. Service, advice and installation process were all very professional. I also wanted to use a local company. Very pleased. I highly recommend them.

I've been a customers of The Vacuum Centre for many years and have nothing but good things to say. The equipment I purchased from them works great and never had any issues. I always go back for supplies and get a much better price than buying from somewhere else. Their customer service is also excellent, as they are always prompt to answer to any questions I may have. Great guys, I definitely recommend this store!

Seamless online website, and delivered in a nice reusable box. Just Google the part you need to make sure it's right. You can order as a guest so you don't need to create an account and will be sent an email when it's shipped and another email once it arrived.The best place to go to get your vacuum working again.

I had some issues with my central vacuum attachments, called to get some advice. They were very nice & helpful on the phone and suggested that I should take the parts to the store and they would help me with repairing what I had or purchasing a new one. I ended up buying a new set which I am very happy with. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store for all your vacuum needs.

A friend purchased a Sebo, and could not stop talking about how wonderful it is. We went into our local store in Sidney, and we were very impressed with the vacuum cleaner, but even more, with Farhad Roomani, the owner of the store, who is extremely likable- friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy to have discovered this Sidney gem, and we highly recommend both the store and the owner!--
