They got me in and finished when they said they would. The work was done as expected (what more could you want?)A pleasant surprise when I picked up though was they had done pretty deep clean of the inside of my vehicle (I have three children so it was no small task! and it has been on the list of to do's for awhile). So not only was the outside great but the inside was also spic and span and smelled wonderful.Cant say anything negative about our experience there."

I received outstanding service. They were helpful and kind. Service was done quickly. They kept me informed on the process. The front office was clean and tidy. The fixing of my vehicle was done very well. They vacuumed out the interior and shined the vinyl. A nice bonus.

My insurance company recommended them after I had an unfortunate incident with a tree on a blistering snowy day. I was able to drive my sad vehicle while they ordered the parts (quarter panel & bumper) which took about a month. In 4 days (not counting the weekend) and I had my car back and the incident was like it never happened.The outside was beautifully detailed, inside was cleaned as well.All in all the experience was easy and the work was stellar. Herbers Autobody (North branch) were amazing. My front bumper was completely destroyed and my insurance referred me to them. The repair was timely and they gave me a loaner car to use during the service period at a very reasonable price. My car is like brand new now. I encourage everyone to visit them. My vehicle needed some repairs from an old accident for insurance changing purposes. They were well priced and repairs look great! Completed in a reasonable time and even cleaned my vehicle inside and out. Would go to them again and highly recommend. When I had the estimate done as well they were polite and professional and even visited with my 4year old which he loved. Very clean place.

I don’t even consider taking my SUV anywhere else for body work. I tell my insurance company “I’ll get quotes from other places if I must, but I’m taking it to Herber’s to get the work done“. I’ve had my car in for work several times and I’ve been unfailingly impressed with the whole experience from quote to pickup. They’re friendly, professional, efficient, reasonably-priced, and support you every step of the way…they even detail your vehicle before handing it back! Brian the assessor is just fantastic, and the quality of the shop work is second to none. If you love your car, Herber’s NE is the best choice you could make. You won’t find a better body shop anywhere.

This is my second time that I had business with Herbers Autobody Repair (North branch). They never failed me. As always, they did an excellent job on my Sta. Fe. The repaired the big dent at the back-left of the car and replaced the front right moulding. Now my car looks brand new after the accident. Note that they did not only repair my car but also they cleaned it, in and out- without additional charge. The people working there, from the estimator, to the receptionist, to the driver who brought me home and picked me up, were very friendly, polite and respectful. The bill was a lot cheaper as compared to others. This branch is highly recommendable. I will always do business with them.

Got a few quotes around Edmonton for replacing a rusted door, windshield, and broken plastic under-trim, Herber's came in slightly cheaper than the rest. Staff were polite and professional, assessment then repairs were done quickly, and the quality of the repairs was top-notch. 10/10.
