AMJ Campbell - Vancouver Movers

My experience with AMJ Campbell was really positive. It started with the customer representative who worked with me from a distance by reviewing online photos of what would need to be moved. I had a glitch and wasn't able to confirm my move immediately and the customer representative checked in with me and then with a week to go found a date and made it happy.Jon and Tracy the movers were great about communicating before the move and the day of the move. They arrived as scheduled. They recognized the antiques and made certain I had emptied items and then wrapped them in moving blankets with TLC. They were efficient and most accomodating.This is my third move with AMJ Campbell and highly recommend them and they are always my preferred moverS.

The movers were very respectful and considerate with all our belongings. They laid down protective mats on the floors and carpets. They worked well together in getting our home packed up efficiently. No damage to any belonging or home. Would recommend 100%.

Had a wonderful experience with AMJ Movers. We had 5 of their team members deliver our marble dining table. They were respectful, punctual, friendly, and handled our table with great care. Since the table weighed 800 pounds, the movers gave us tips to prevent damage to the floors. Would recommend 100%

My experience with AMJ Campbell was very disappointing. They confirmed the furniture delivery through email and text message so I booked the service elevator and made sure someone will be home as I was at work. The address and buzzer number was clearly written on the file so they could buzz and deliver the furniture. They came all the way and rescheduled the delivery to one week later just because I missed their phone call! I called and email them several times without getting an answer. What is the reason for confirming the delivery time then! I hope they develop a better system in the future to save both their time and the client’s time! I don’t recommend this company to anyone who wants a convenient delivery.

4 very personable young men moved us. They were so efficient and courteous. They even asked us if it was okay if they played their music while they worked. They would not take a break until all our belongings were moved into our new house. It was a 10 hour day for them. We would definitely recommend this company to any of our friends.

AMJ Campbell was used to deliver a vanity we purchased from West Elm. Upon multiple delays, we finally received the vanity in October. We paid West Elm $400 for White Glove Service" and this was anything but that. The installers left a 1M deep scratch on our brand new engineered wood flooring. We opened cases with both AMJ and West Elm. A month passed since and we didn't hear anything. We went through the West Elm store who contacted the leadership team to let us know the claim was submitted in October.By December they said someone would contact us about fixing the floors. We were finally put in contact with a contractor in January who was looking into methods of repairing the flooring but that communication ended in late January. We tried to get an update at the end of February but haven't received a response. It's now April.We've reached out several times internally trying to resolve the issue and so we've given up and succumb to the fact that we paid a ridiculous delivery fee to have our floors damaged and subsequently had to deal with the damage left by their staff ourselves.We will avoid AMJ Campbell until they either hire more careful delivery staff and commit to better communication. We have contacted them several times over the course of the past 7 months and we either don't get a response or a limited response that has amounted to nothing being done."

AMJ provided a very professional and high quality moving experience for a reasonable cost. The move consultant did a great job in estimating the time and cost, and the move was in line with the estimate with no hidden costs or surprises. The crew was on time, courteous and professional from beginning to end. They worked hard and efficiently, but took great care in handling our stuff leaving no damage to our items or the properties moved from and into. Overall they provided an excellent service and peace of mind during what is otherwise a fairly stressful time. I highly recommend AMJ.

Had an amazing experience with AMJ Movers. We had 2 of their team members deliver our furniture. They were respectful, punctual, friendly, and handled it with great care even getting large pieces up and down stairs without damaging the walls. Would recommend 100%

First time using AMJ Campbell for moving. Started off with a free in-house estimate, followed up by a written quote (estimate) and followed up with an email a few days before the move to confirm. Got a call t the day before informing us of the time they were coming and sure enough the crew came on time (actually a few minutes early). Did a walk through with the crew and let them move our items. They packed everything that needed packing, shrink-wrap etc.These guys move very fast. No damages to the property or our items. Same thing at the destination. Very fast and and finished earlier than expected so saved some money. They took their boxes after unwrapping so we don't have to take care of that. Over all very impressed by the service. Shout out to Carlos and his crew. These guys worked very hard and fast.

**UPDATE to this. AMJ has confirmed delivery for July 8 which is an improvement on the delivery date and appreciated but it was still a very frustrating process to get to this point.**Avoid at all costs.AMJ Campbell are the contracted shippers for Visions Electronics. I ordered TVs on June 16, 2023, AMJ received them on June 21 (based on tracking info) and I get phone call on June 30 that they can't deliver (From Vancouver to Nanaimo) until JULY 21! It takes a month to deliver to Nanaimo?After repeated conversations with AMJ they will not make any consideration to ship with an alternate carrier or any other recourse.Avoid this company if you desire any sort of reasonable delivery time.
