Good service, organized and staff are really professional, I arrived on my appointment time, two patients were being served on two windows, I was requested to wait, but my X-Ray was done appropriate time, all COVID-19 measures and instructions are applied, free parking.

The lady at the front entrance was very confusing with guidance /registration /appointments. When I had to ask follow up questions she would get visibly annoyed and angry with me.Dont hive me 5 options and recommend i take my son to mcdonalds amd come back....but whenni come back i still might have to wait longer.....Just tell me what to do to get my son his xray as quickly as possible.

A family member went here this week, they were shamed, humiliated and verbally embarrassed by the ultrasound tech. The tech walked in and out while they were dressing so the door was opened,no knocking to ask if ready.

I had a great experience with this x-ray centre. The front line person was very friendly and welcoming. She came back to apologize for a slight delay as the X-ray technician was finishing lunch and asked me to hold off getting into a gown so I wouldn’t be cold. Within 10 minutes the technician called me in and again apologized for the delay. He could not have been nicer!! It was so nice to be taken care of in this way!!

Called ahead to see how busy they were and was told only a few people waiting. Arrived about 15 minutes later, was in the change room within about 5 minutes and x-rays done and I was gone in about 15 minutes total.Great job team! :)

I called for appt , was told not necessary open for walk-ins till 9pm got here at 6:15 CLOSED !!!

Open till 9pm it says on their website. Drove 20 minutes. Sign in the window says they closed at 7 tonight. Sorry. Cant call them to see if openMickey mouse monopoly. Complaint to Health ministry perhaps.
