Precious Eyes- Doctors of Optometry

Went to Precious Eyes for the first time on Saturday. I was very impressed! The girls that work there were all very helpful and friendly. Particularly Isha! (not sure how to spell her name). Isha walked through everything with me and patiently explained all of my options with lenses. She gave me honest input on frames that worked for me, and explained why (my pupils sit at the right spot, the frame edges meet my temples etc). Great customer service!Dr. Jasmine Ghotra went through all of my results, explained what everything meant and told me what she is looking for to ensure my eyes are healthy or if there are any issues.I’ve never had a more thorough experience with an optometrist clinic.I will definitely be back! I’m at very excited to pick up the 2 pairs of glasses I ordered too!

Dr. Ghotra and her staff are super friendly and kind! The team at Precious Eye’s do their best to make sure everything works out well for their patients! I personally had a bad experience with my previous Doctor and had explained my dry eye’s situation to Dr. Ghotra, she was able to provide me with the correct eye drops and help me find the contact lens that worked well for my eyes. Also, I really liked the fact that she’ll check to see the fitting of the contact lens and checked how dry my eyes actually were. I’ve never been treated with proper care for my eyes before at the previous place i went to. I’m so happy I decided to make the change and chose Dr. Ghotra as my optometrist!!

Always a great experience at Precious Eyes. The Dr. is very throurough, friendly, and remembers you even after a few years. My husband and I both enjoyed our experience as everyone is very catering and friendly. Thank you for the Chai tea and wonderful service!

My first visit to Precious Eyes Optometry and I was very impressed. Dr. Ghotra and her team provided excellent service and detailed explanations of my eye health and vision changes. I purchased my glasses with precious eyes as their prices were very competitive for the options I chose. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for up to date eye care.

Dr. Gothra is a great person, she is a real professional optometrist who was willing to spend her time and was patient when we visited her today for an eye exam as well as getting a new pair of glasses. She is very knowledgeable and caring she explained everything in great details. She has dedicated staff; they were kind and helpful. I will absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a great optometrist.

The eye exam was expected. I appreciated Dr. Ghotra answering all my questions about my eyes and explaining the processes. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Precious Eyes! Dr. Ghirra was kind and thorough and I had a wonderful front office experience with Isha! She made sure to find my perfect pair of glasses within my budget and ensured I was comfortable the whole appointment. I was also offered a nice chai tea while I waited! Can’t wait to pick up my glasses :)

I had appointment with Dr. Jasmine Ghotra. She spent one and half hour to examine only my eye very accurately, patently and nicely! I have lived in different modern countries, but I absolutely can say that: Dr. Jasmine Ghotra is just completely different and GREAT doctor I've ever met in whole my life"! She Never sacrifices a patient to time/money! Her First and Only PRIORITY is her Patient which is very Appreciated! All I can say is WOW! My visit to Dr Ghotra at Precious Eyes was by far the very best experience I have ever had from an Optometrist. From first walking in the door the staff were very friendly and pleasant offering my husband and I tea or coffee while we waited a very short time for the paper work to be submitted and approved by Blue Cross.The experience was even better when Dr Ghotra started my eye exam. She first asked me what my issues were, listened carefully and understood what I was experiencing. She performed all of the tests and when completed explained my results to me. There was no rushing to get to the next patient, no matter of fact attitude. I really felt Dr Ghotra took all time necessary with me and really cared that my experience was genuinely positive. It was.I was not rushed by staff when trying to select new frames, the young lady that helped me was also very kind and gave me honest feedback about the frames I was trying on. I appreciated her time with me as well.I will never go anywhere else to have my eye examinations again, Dr Ghotra's office is very nice, near new, bright and inviting. Thank you Dr Ghotra and your great staff!
