Very courteous and attentive to communicating when they will arrive and within a specific time. This is better than waiting your hole day.One thing wasn’t good in that they diagnose in person and two times they ordered the wrong part. This made for weeks waiting for my washing machine to be fixed.A prompt in person diagnosis could have saves us all a lot of time.

From Nick in customer service to Technician Brandon the service provided was top notch. Scheduling and updating were done in a timely fashion. The repair was diagnosed, parts ordered and installed. The washing machine is in working order once again. Thank you from a happy customer.

Our 3.5 year old LG fridge stopped cooling. I found out this is a common occurrence. After speaking with LG I was connected to Mike’s. They were responsive and understood our frustration. They communicated and kept us in the loop. They arrived when they said they would. Completed the work efficiently. They made a bad experience a little bit better.

Technician was on time, polite and came in took his shoes off. I took him downstairs to the washer. He got out his tools explain to me what he was doing as he did it. He was very professional. I would definitely use their service again and recommend it to friends.

Mike’s Appliance Service was extremely thorough. They requested appliance model and serial # in advance of the service call so they could ensure they had the correct parts. (or order them in advance) We knew our GE Monogram gas stove required the oven igniter replaced (common issue with this component). This was our first experience using Mike’s Appliance Service and will call them again if/when required.

I called Mike's after they'd been highly recommended to me by a family member. I called and left 2 voicemails regarding issues with my fridge, which to me is kind of an urgent thing, but clearly not to them. It's been over a week and still no call back. Thankfully another company in Tillsonburg came over the next day and diagnosed the problem. I would never recommend Mike's Appliance Service, since they can't even return a phone call.

We have been dealing with Mike over the years and his knowledge and skills always amazed us. Mike recently addressed our fridge issue on his first visit and was able to promptly repair some unexpected issues he found from the previous technicians work. We highly recommend Mike to anyone that is having appliance issues!!

Booked an appointment with Mike’s appliance 42 days ago. Since then they have still not showed up, and canceled 4 appointments after requesting that one of us stays home during the repair service.I have yet to have any sort of response by phone or email. I’ve tried to be nice and understanding but the incompetence is quite evident. Would highly not recommend

Great service and great communication with the customer! The technician had to replace the water pump for my dishwasher. The part was not in stock and had to be ordered. The manufacturer took weeks to deliver it. But Mike's made sure I am in the loop, provided me with regular updates, and installed the part promptly after it arrived. The technician was on time and quickly replaced the part.

Everyone was great to deal with - very responsive and answered texts as well as emails! Brandon was great!! Very professional, polite and understood exactly what we were looking for. Our cooktop is gas, but our stove is electric with convection/self-clean etc (note double oven). There were two separate issues causing the main stove to not work. Brandon diagnosed quickly and explained exactly what would happen if his solution didn’t work. When the parts arrived he installed them quickly! The estimate provided was exactly what we were charged and my oven is back to working as good as when I bought it. Thank you Brandon!
