Little Kickers York Region

Terribly disappointed with the program. There is no thought given for their COVID policies and procedures. They expect 3yr olds to stand in the sun for 45mins. Some of the coaches need proper training on communication and addressing concerns.

Auto charges accounts. Does not give refunds for cancelled classes on their end. DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE OR EMAILS. Much better programs that change their teaching styles to ensure progression with kids, rather than the same curriculum that does not allow for progression.I gave the two stars cause majority of the coaches are very kind and do care for the well being of the kids.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The Little Kickers program in Newmarket is really good. The head coach Joe is very attentive to kids' needs. My son was allowed to stay in a younger-age group for a while, until he overcame his shyness and was ready for the older group. The exercises are fun, and they know how to motivate, cheer and reward kids.

Both of my sons have really enjoyed being part of the Little Kicker’s team. They always felt welcomed and comfortable with their coaches at every practice. I could really notice an improvement in their social skills and soccer skills at the end of each season!

Toddler son enjoys the classes and the coaches are doing a great job adapting the classes following the Covid health guidelines.

Very cute program but terribly organized. Out of the 5 classes in the session, 2 were cancelled. Today’s was just cancelled with no notification or email to the parents - we just showed up with our kids all dressed and ready to go, to an empty gym. The other time, an email was sent out less than an hour before the class was scheduled. Who checks their emails at 8:30am on a Sunday? I don’t… Again, we had our daughter ready in her uniform, eating breakfast. There’s less than 10 kids in our class - that’s ten phone calls they could have made to give parents a proper heads up. This is not a well-run business that respects hardworking parents who get up early to drive their kids to extracurriculars. We will be pulling our daughter out and will not be putting our younger one in. Very disappointing experience.

My son loves little kickers! He loves his coaches and is learning lots of skills!

I have 2 kids same age and enrolled my son then immediately went to enroll my daughter but she got waitlisted. I took my kids to their first class the coach let my daughter participate for the one class and said I’d have to register her for next time and they even contacted the york region office to help and they emailed saying I have to call them and pay so I have been calling every day for 3 weeks. I left several emails and voicemails and nobody is helping me register my daughter it’s so unfair that she doesn’t get to participate and she cries that her brother gets to play and she can’t. How horrible is that. And now if I want to take my son and sign him up elsewhere with my daughter they have my money for my son and Nobody is contacting us back to even get that back. They just scammed us out of $130 and excluded a child from participating because they can’t be bothered to answer their phones or emails.

Website doesn’t allow me to register and I’ve called and emailed several times with no response. We used them last year and one of the coaches was super rude to the younger coaches. Completely unprofessional.

Amazing program for kids. Coach Joe is so good with kids my son looks forward to his classes every week
