These guys were the best shop I’ve been to. Got my tire fixed in a day and were very accommodating. 10/10 come here from the start don’t go somewhere else.

Most Fountain tires are pretty good but this one is exceptional. Excellent service and fair prices. They also stand behind their work completely with no arguing, whinging or hassles. I will definitely use this location again.

These guys have been my go-to since moving to Edmonton almost 10 years ago. They continue to impress me, just got new wheels and mounting services and everything was great as usual. The website is brutal for finding wheels but a 10 minute conversation with Jesse at the store got me exactly what I was looking for at a decent price.Thanks so much guys keep up the good work.

Absolute headache. I paid $1,200 for winter tires from this establishment in late 2022. Immediately when the new tires were put on I noticed shaking in my wheel. I had to bring my vehicle back 5-6 times for them to check out the issue as the shaking continued. They completed a balance a few times, it seems the weight(s) were off every time I brought it back…. very odd. It wasn’t until I paid my selling dealership $150 for an inspection that THEY determined one of the tires were feathering and needed to be warrantied.I chose this establishment as they were offering the best price for brand name tires and had decent reviews HOWEVER I could have saved myself a lot of time and extra money ($150) if I just went somewhere else.Rating 2/5 as they did take the time to look at my vehicle several times and they warrantied my tire based on my selling dealerships determination but overall they are 1/5 because they are a tire shop that has no idea what they are doing…

I run a large courier company in Edmonton and my wife drives for this courier company. I have brought both my personal and her work vehicle into Fountain tire. Both experiences were great, quick service, great communication and honesty. I dealt with Jesse there, he was fantastic. I will be recommending this location to my entire 80 vehicle fleet.

The service I received here was outstanding. I blew a tire on my way into Edmonton on Thursday of the long weekend and needed something done in order to drive home on Sunday. I spoke with Corey on the phone and she assured me they could provide me with something to get me home to SK. They found a single tire that worked in my size and fit me in on Saturday (Friday being Remembrance Day where everyone was closed) when they were already all booked up.I am so grateful for Jeff and Corey and how they legitimately tried to help me out. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an excellent customer experience.

Excellent service! Very kind staff! Came for tire inspection and they found my valve was just loose and they didnt charge me for it! Will definitely come back here for any car issues!

Brought my car in for an alignment they made me aware of issues that needed to be fixed. Fixed the parts finished the alignment and also got tires put on. Staff was awesome and the owner was amazing. Would recommend.

Friendly and efficient service for the swap of my winter to summer tires. My car was ready within the promised time and the storage fees are very reasonable. Found my new tire place!
